I spent many days choosing fabric for my roman blinds. A Millers lady came and spent an hour measuring in my home before telling me they couldn't make Roman blinds with the fabric I chose because it was a linen cotton blend. She offered to double check with the work room and when she sent the quote sent a make only quote, told me I would have to supply different material but did not include measurements. I went to return fabric and asked for the measurements and was refused by a human who was like the worst kind of chatbot. Literally repeated the same sentence 9 or 10 times in the space of 1-2 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager and was refused. I have now spoken to 5 other places who all say you can make roman blinds with the material I want. Thanks to Millers stink attitude this will now involve another hour of my time with someone else, plus that person's time, plus petrol etc etc. I would encourage anyone to avoid this company, their machinists are clearly no good, the manager won't engage and the staff are poorly programmed robots.

Easy to spend a lot of money but worth it, the guy has just been and put up the blinds, had a few rooms to do he is so fast, he even cleaned up and took away all the packaging. The whole process from consulted to fitting was so easy. thanks heaps.
