I can't speak highly enough of this shop and Dave. If you're an experienced Homebrewer or looking to get into it, this is the place to come... not only because it is always equipped with everything you could need but also because of the fountain of knowledge that is Dave. Support local businesses!

Thanks Dave for your quick and professional service. I ordered on Friday and received an email on Tuesday that Dave would drop my order over without a freight charge on his way home. While I can't guarantee you the same circumstance, I'm impressed by the range of products and the speed at which orders are processed. I also like the old school website.

Great friendly brew store, it looks a bit like a warehouse but is way better than all the arrogant inner west ones where they answer every question with eye-rolling. Maybe the online store could use an update but you can ring him up as well.
Super friendly, Dave is awesomely helpful and always has everything that I need. He goes out of his way to help and never lets you down. If he can't get what you need, he'll tell you where to get it, even recommend a different store.
This is an unassuming shop, run by a passionate, knowledgeable man. While the website is a relic from the MySpace / Geocities hay day, the phone works and Dave’s advice has yet to lead me astray. If you are interested in home brew, this is seriously “unmissable”. Get to see Dave as soon as is practical.
Great place, Dave can really help to begginers like me with an advice what type of beer goes with what grain or hops or yeast. I purchased many items this morning but forgot to ask what sort of grain he recommended for my beers so I simply phone him later and got all the answers I needed. Definitely will be back.
Dave's no B.S. approach to brewing and great advice and recipes keep me going back to this shop. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of homebrew and really does a fantastic job of making it all make sense. Well worth the journey just for the chat, and cheaper than buying online.
