GREAT accommodation! The Gateway across the road offers 3 terrific menus and fabulous service. All the shops are next door! You barely need to get in the car. Michael and Jeanette are super lovely! We felt very welcome. The family room was very comfy, Loved the big table outside. Everything is provided. Nice and clean. Very happy, thank you!
Beautiful room, clean and welcoming. We had a vehicle breakdown late at night, we were able to get a room with ease. Lovely friendly faces at Reception. Will defs stay here again when on holiday Rooms: 5/5
We have checked into a clean and fresh room. The beds and pillows are comfortable and we have good sleep through. We got the room tidy on the second day and everything is in order. Recommended to come stay a night or two or more if you intend to explore the town.Rooms: 4/5
We have stayed at this motel twice before and the Managers are lovely and extremely accommodating. The location is perfect for food and variety shopping.Rooms: 5/5

After 8 hours of traveling and calling up at 8pm, Michael was wonderful. Said he’d stay up till we arrived and gave us a beautiful room! Was so nice! The room was ready for us! Shower was hot and strong, the bed was really comfortable and the room smelt so nice. There is a club right across the road who were lovely and gave us dinner even though they were about to close the kitchen. There’s also a coles and other shops right next door! If we come through Mildura again this is where we will be staying! Don’t go anywhere else, stop here!
Booked on our way from the city as we required a stop over for the night. From the phone call to book to the departure we were impressed. The rooms smelt beautiful, were presented nice, immaculate and exactly what we were after. It is on a main road but with the sliding doors closed you can’t even tell so unsure what others have complained about. I am a light sleeper and had no troubles. Will recommend again to others especially my partners delivery truck colleagues who do this run constantly
We arrived to river city motel and as requested we wanted to be in 12pm room wasn’t ready and had to wait, very disappointing. After a hour wait we arrived to the room. Was very dark and dingy. Few moments later had to call room service as our bed had bed bugs! Had to call another motel as they had no rooms available to fix the problem. Unfortunately no one wants to experience this especially after Traveling 6 hours very disappointing.
Was incredibly impressed with how clean and well- kept the room was. Staff was really friendly and welcoming and I loved how near it was to Coles and various eateries. A simple breakfast was provided but we did have to supplement our appetites. The nights are definitely a little noisy as it's next to the road but if you're a deep sleeper like my husband who insists he didn't hear anything, this place is awesome! Shower facilities are good which was incredibly important to me so I could give the not so pretty bathroom tiles a pass. Overall, we loved our stay there and would definitely book this motel again if we were to visit Mildura!
