Casual Taiwanese restaurant. Had breakfast here. The owner was very friendly and accommodating with the restaurant being full.nnFood itself is okay. We liked the scallion pancake. Congee was okay, very home style. I would avoid the combination sausage , it had mustard which isn’t authentic based on our recall and it was difficult to eat and photograph.
Visited during the opening and ordered 3 meals with 3 free drinks and 10% off!nnThe rice noodles were delicious and flavourful, texture was lovely with some peanuts in the soup. The other noodle soup on the other hand had good broth but the noodles tasted like store bought udon. I would recommend ordering the rice noodles :-nnFried chicken and pork chop was extremely yum and the braised tofu was fantastic as well.nnWe had the rice milk tasted like a lighter version of black sesame paste, soy milk extremely yum and wintermelon tea.nnService was fantastic!!!!!!nnWould return if in the vicinity! :-
We only visited this restaurant because many other places were closed during this Easter weekend, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and authenticity of the food, good value for money too.
I think it's okay. The noodle portion quite big. The soup taste just okay but feel a bit bland if u eat together with noodle and veggie. The side dish tofu is a bit too salty. The winter melon tea is not strong taste.
Mince with rice was yummy. Noodles with mince was bland - needed a bit more seasoning and chilli oil. Fried chicken was very tasty as was the egg pancake. Unfortunately they ran out of the sticky rice. Will have to try next time.
