As you can see from the image... what was logically meant to be a fully red background to match with the custom logo I emailed them, was cut down to just the middle section. That wouldn't be so bad in itself, not really enough to complain... However, they also cut off the "Good luck" at the top as well! And as if that wasn't enough, the icing sheet was applied with wrinkles all over... So basically, don't go to this place if you want custom decoration on a cake. I also sent them an SMS afterwards with my feedback, but got no response at all. So... with this post, perhaps I can now let it go :)

The staff were friendly and served us efficiently and cheerfully. The coffee was good. The toasted sandwich was excellent. I’ll visit again when I’m in Dandenong.

Good location and friendly staff. But the quality of this branch is very poor compared to others. For example the tables and chairs are soo worn out.

i will never use you again to do cake for me again as i orded a cake for 18th this month and was nothing like i asked my daughter was so up set it wrecked her day we had no choice to take it as i couldnt get a cake in half hour of party
