Tucked away from the busy streets of Dandenong, hidden amongst the booming new buildings along Thomas Street, we are a boutique patisserie that have been sweetening and savouring up the local culinary culture for the last eight years!

Preetty Creations ~ specialising in not only continental inspired novelty cakes, desserts and sweets; but also gourmet meat pies, pastries, wraps, focaccias, sandwiches and much more.
What makes us so unique is the that everything from the pie pastry to the sugar-flowers on the elegant wedding cakes are crafted ever-so-skillfully by the proprietor and head-chef, Judith (Preethika) and her skilled and trusty team (in-house) thus bringing the fresh homely flavours from our pantry to your palate.

The Founder: Judith (Preethika) Perera...

With over 35 years of international experience in baking, from Ceylon to Sorrento, Judith’s developed a passion for baking and cake decorating from her younger days. By her late teenage years she had won many local awards and gained recognition for her flawless technique and creativity. Some of her previous involvements include tutoring group classes requested by the International school in Brunei and producing desserts for airline caterers and custom novelty cakes for individuals as well as commercial bakeries around Victoria.

Pursuing her ultimate dream, Judith with the support of her husband Trevis (Ranjan) opened her very own patisserie back in 2006, namely ~ Preetty Creations (utilising her middle name, Preethika). The goal was to create cakes, desserts and pastries with meticulously chosen quality local and imported ingredients, fresh and in-house, which still happens today!
The passion for creating masterpiece cakes show through the intricate technique Judith and the team perform on a daily basis.

Novelty & wedding cakes, desserts & sweets, pies & pastries, fociacas & wraps, barista brewed coffees, milkshakes, faludas… the list of Continental and Sri Lankan goodies baked here goes on and on…
