Just bit into a stale and completely gone off and sour coconut slice that I had to rip out of the paper. It must have been sitting there for WEEKS.
This place needs a health inspector sent there!!

Went the the glen today at 10:50am to buy a cappacino and my children a 'short bread man' priced in the window at $3.50 each. 
I asked for 1 large cappacino and 2 shortbread men (should =$12) the cashier informed me that the total was $13.80. 
I asked her it should be only $3.50 per biscuit and $5 cappacino. 
She told me the price in the window is wrong, the machine price is $4.40. 
Not being my problem, I told her that the price is marketed at $3.50. It cannot be charged differently because she wants to charge me more. 
Another lady making coffee overheard and told the cashier to charge me the window price. 
The lady roller her eyes, took the 2 gingerbread men, placed them in a take away packet and threw them across the counter at me. 
I asked then the lady making coffee for managers details and the cashiers information as the behavior was disgusting! I just wanted to treat my kids to a cookie!
She nervously replied: "I'll talk to her"
I will never be back again that's for sure. And convinently enough neither wear name tags...

The shop keeper was polite, helpful and friendly. The quality of cake (cheesecake) did not reflect the expected quality with a jelly-like texture.
