I love this coffee shop

Very poor service. Order and wait,  other people who ordered later drink's arrive, still waiting. Staff start asking who's muffin is on the bench. Have to go back through orders to get mine. Much to busy chatting to each other. 😣😣

whilst the hot chocolate i ordered was fantastic the service was less than satisfactory. i walked  in around 7pm to be greeted by a youngish employee who was on his phone! he procceded to stay on his phone whilst taking my order after a good minuite of trying to get his attention, was awful, luckily the speedy service made up for it

Good for meeting up before going to the cinemas or shopping.  Gets busy at nights.  That whole street has a chilled buzz.  If its too busy there are two other coffee shops close by and another few restaurants.
