The majority of staff members I have dealt with here don't really seem to care about their customers. I bought engagement ring and wedding band from here, spending over $3000 and they managed to resize my wedding band to the wrong size due to a fault of one of the staff members a few days before my wedding. When I found out the problem I was dismissed as though it wasn't a problem. Won't be shopping here again but will look for somewhere with better customer service

The staff don't even come to assist when I went there to look for a wedding band. They saw us looking at the merchandise and ignored us. They don't want to do business, fine. We took our business to walker and hall and they were wonderful.
