I have to congratulate Logan on his exceptional service.I was wanting the Frozen trolley on Clearance.Was back and two with Dunedin and Snells Beach. Logan went the extra mile as did Lilly.Finally didnt get my product.Had Dunedin explained things prior I could have saved myself and Logan 2 hours of our time Thank you Logan for taking the time AGAIN to tell me No shipping from North Island.Pity they didn't tell me on my first call to Dunedin Thanks Logan and you too Lilly . Merry Christmas.

The staff are always friendly, even if they have had a hard day. So good to live close by and able to get small groceries and good prices. Would recommend
Wanted to say I was very impressed and thankful for the customer service of Roy today during a visit to The Warehouse at Snells Beach. We were having big issues with a cross-trainer we had bought, and assumed there were bolts and parts missing. Roy went out of his way to help sort the problem and explain everything, not to mention having to pack up the mess I left behind from unloading the box. Sorry for the trouble and thank you so much Roy!!
Did not know this store was here, smaller store than the normal however still plenty of range and choice available. Parking out the front is plentiful. Service at check outs was friendly and efficient. Does not have self check outs like some other sites. Good for bits and pieces you need.
This isn’t about staff or the actual store as they have tried to help but I brought a Living & co washing machine in December 2021 - it stopped working coming on 4 weeks ago - the after sales/warranty service it’s unbelievable bad! 3 phone calls 3 txt and 3 emails and I still don’t have any idea when someone is going to come out and look at it! I will never buy another appliance from them again!
They have cut down on some of the garden products which is disappointing. I think the garden lady said that they are now only a tier 1 shop
Good range of products at reasonable prices, friendly team.
Brought a bed from here broken within 3 weeks and cut the person open that sleep on in, then! The manager "Daniel" told us they would not cover the medical bill or come out to pick up the bed, unbelievable service! Will never return again.
I love the little warehouse in Snells. All the staff are lovely and it's a great atmosphere. I also find hidden gems that I don't see or find in any other warehouse. The staff are also very helpful and happy to help at the drop of a hat. I always come out a very happy customer.
