I pay 1 day before for my specific ring and they promise me to ring will be here in st lukes store from another store. When I go to pickup next day on my time they still dont have it . And she told me she was thinking i will be late from my time. Totaly waste of my time.

Went in to exchange a gold chain on Boxing Day, the store was absolutely rammed yet I was served within seconds of walking in. Exceptional instore service with serveral ladies who were extremely patient and considerate with me - they never rushed me and also gave me a ridiculous great discount at the end. Never underestimate great service even on the busiest day of the year!!
