Wow! What a stunning place to visit! My friends and I visited last night and we had the most wonderful time. The service was fast and the waitresses were lovely. When our order was confused with a different dish they quickly brought out what I ordered. No fuss! They suggested some tequila shots and yes they had the lime and salt too. The food was hot, fresh and authentic and the drinks were to die for. If I wasn't moving out of town I would come here regularly! Beautiful views of The Entrance Channel. Come in at 5pm to get that golden hour glow over the water and watch the sun set.
Great balance between authentic tapas and local cuisine. The food is delicious and the service is fantastic. We had a delicious seafood paella. There was plenty of meat and seafood in the paella with a crispy crust at the base. We also enjoyed a fruity sangria. We were there catching up with some old friends that we had not seen in a while and the restaurant hosts were so gracious and welcoming even when we were the last ones to leave. We will definitely come back soon. I highly recommend a visit.
Went for dinner around 7pm. The servers were run off their feet and the initial/welcoming service wasn't great. The food and atmosphere was excellent. We had 2 paellas and some tapas. Very good tasting food. Food came out fairly quickly and was reasonably priced. Recommend that you don't sit on the stools/barrel tables outside, very uncomfortable after sitting for an hour. Otherwise, great experience.
Lovely Spanish restaurant with outdoor seatings. We had paella to share which was just enough for two people. One piece of chicken came slightly uncooked but the staff apologised and replaced our dish. It was delicious and price was reasonable.
Our experience was pretty bad. Very run down place and chairs - especially considering the expensive dishes on the menu. Only a couple of tapas dishes were good the meat balls and the chorizo but the paella had a very bland flavor and the rice was too moist and over cooked and a bit sour. The Sangria was tasteless. We asked about how many lamb cutlets in the tapas plate so they said 3. When we got the plate there were only 2 in it. The table next to us got 3 in their plate. When we asked about this instead of apologizing and getting us the extra cutlet they said that the table next to us got smaller cutlets that’s why they got 3. Seriously! They then offered to get us extra cutlets but then ended up charging us extra ! Just speechless about the customer service and the terrible argument - one of the lowest level of customer service we have experienced.
Weak customer service. Waiting so long for our order, finally came out but wrong one. So we had to share our food, and wait for another long time for my food to come. Food was great. I ordered Paella. Came here for this because I’ve never tried one. Was nice Paella, BUT waaaay OVERPRICED. $69 for a portion says for 2 people? Gosh I am a lady and that is my 1 portion meal. It’s mainly made of rice cooked in stock and has some seafood and chicken in it; and this is something I can make at home. Come back? For that price no thank you.
Very happy impromptu visit, this place did not disappoint, highly recommend!! We had the mussels, squid, cubed potatoes, fish tacos and the barramundi with chips and salad. The service was very friendly, and the food delicious. Very reasonably priced for the portions. Thank you for the lovely meal and lovely staff!
Good quality and very tasty food. Good, fast and efficient service. Unfortunately, "Traditional Red Sangria" lucks of flavour of good red wine; bottled Spanish Sangria is better. We'll be back when in The Entrance. Definitely recommend to visit for food and drinks avoiding Sangria.
Friendly, happy staff. Above & beyond expectations. Nothing was an issue for service. Great friendly ambience. Well looked after. Food was AMAZING. A great place to eat & relax. Would highly recommend to anybody. Will definately go again. Meatball tapas a must try. Rack of lamb with chips. Delicious. Although too much bbq sauce for me. Different meals ordered for other family members looked fantastic also. A great experience if you like this type of menu. Thank you staff. Kid-friendliness: Catered for my young grandson. Nothing was hard. Meals were good. Maybe just some plastic cups for the little ones. Parking: In the carpark was plenty of parking. Drop of area was great.
Firstly, I am a chef of other Spanish restaurant in Sydney CBD. I had pork ribs, Garlic prawn. These foods are so nice. Also even Only one waitress worked at busy time but she was so nice to serve us. As I come back to Gosford, surely, will come back to have others too yummy
