Terrible impression to be waiting in a long line and see your staff member standing behind the counter in the corner the whole time talking to her friends whilst her team members around her are working their backsides off. Pretty confident the friend she was talking too was another staff member from the day crew. If she is on a break a better suggestion would be to talk outside.
Ice cream melted too quickly and too expensive
Expensive to say the least service slow
This store is in a handy location which means it’s always the go to when the kids request and icecream. I think the prices are a little steep expensive for what you get. There’s a lot of variety of flavours and choices. Customer service could be stepped up a bit, maybe a smile or a greeting but that’s also a personal opinion.
Icecream is nice - service was slow with staff seeming to socialise more than work.
