William, I am so so sorry I did not review your beautiful shop sooner. I made an order back in 2020, in the midst of our first wave of Covid where everything was shut down and there was no supply of anything. William contacted me about my order and with the situation we had on our hands, he went above and beyond like no other person has before. The cufflinks we had ordered for our wedding had to be molded and made and instead of saying he couldn’t help, he sent us out his master set which I understand NEVER happens. To say you are a blessing is an understatement, as although they were “only cufflinks” they were the best, most personal surprise I could give my husband on our wedding day. Thank you William for your absolute above and beyond customer service. I will ALWAYS recommend you at any chance I get.
I bought two pieces, one at each shop, on my recent trip to Melbourne. Cuff links that aren't boring corporate bland are hard to find, but metal couture has great pieces. I popped into the regular shop in Gertrude Street and after chatting with the friendly guy there he told me about the shop in the city's Royal Arcade. When I was in the city later I found the little shop in the T of the arcade. My favourite mens jewellery so far I have ever found.
There is nothing bad that can be said about metal couture. All the staff are super lovely and helpful. William is a master of his craft. I have bought both ready made and had custom pieces created. All round amazing!
William is a gem! This is an incredible place full of dark beauties and gothic goodness. So in love with my special heart and dagger ring. Thank you!
This place is fantastic. Such a beautiful range of truly unique jewellery. The customer service is outstanding, they really do look after you. Certainly coming back for more, and highly recommend to everyone to come and check this place out.
