The staff member who looked after me was polite, freindly and very helpful.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was helped by Ivan who patiently assisted me I spend a lot of time considering my options with selecting a watch strap for my Summit 2 and a new pen. The customer service is amazing and I’m looking forward to coming back!

Great service from an experienced and knowledgeable team. In particular, Christina has been a delight to deal with when purchasing a pen for my wife.  She did not fail to call me when she said she would and did an amazing job in gift wrapping the pen and writing pad. Thank you.....I will be back.

Friendly staff, attentive - when they want to be. Need prompting at times. Which is a big turn-off, considering, I go in the store to spend, not to look.
