Consistently excellent coffee. Provides a selection of around 10 beans (I recommend Forza). Pricing is extremely good relative to other coffee shops for equivalent size of coffee. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Beans are fresh, you can even see them being roasted and packaged

Excellent coffee, I use to work near by - a stop by Merlo was a must every morning. Staff are lovely. The range on fresh snacks are always yummy.

Amazing coffee, fantastic friendly staff and great, fresh food. Parking is limited during the week, but plenty on weekends and near to public transport. Love that you can see into the coffee roasting area!

Bought whole beans here. Staff were really friendly and explained the different varieties. Free coffee when you buy beans as well which is always a bonus.

I attend here regularly with several members of my ski paddling crew after our morning river training sessions & we have always received excellent service & great coffee. Parking is a dream & the Merlo team led by Nick & now Nikki are always upbeat & greet us with smiles & a warm welcome every time. Why go elsewhere? Best Staff, Best Service & Best Coffee by far - see you there!!
