Surprisingly good service with typically good Merlo coffee. Unsurprisingly high prices - it is an airport terminal after all, although I don't feel ripped off. Slightly disappointing that my raisin toast was clearly not made to order and therefore only warm instead of fresh and hot. All the same I enjoyed both toast and coffee, and more importantly I would happily return.

Great place for coffee, with good deals for those who like to buy beans, but they're currently changing their menu and at the moment they're not a great dine in lunch or breakfast option. Have small assortment of Italian and other biscuits though which is a nice touch. Also a good place to get specialist equipment for making your own coffees at home.

Very great customer service, staff are very friendly and made my day very pleasant.. yummy food and a great coffee would 100% go back here

Wonderful customer service for such a small shop. Food is great the Chai Latté was weird but team member was more then happy to provide me, mind you, a free Mocha to replace it. Staff was happy and bubbly and appeared to enjoy her job. Food nicely presented and prepared, very fresh and just beautiful. Shame for the previous reviews as I will be more then glad to stop here again.

Very rude staff both at the counter and at the service bench. At the counter she didn't even give me the time to put back my card in the wallet saying that I must move to the coffee pick area. $7 Soy milk cappuccino, pretty much cold. I asked for some warmer milk and she didn't give me any, saying I should have asked it to the counter when I paid for my cappuccino.
