I seriously can’t fault this hotel. The location is perfect. The room was clean and well designed. The views from our room were lovely to wake up to. The best thing about the hotel are the staff. They are so attentive and friendly. Well done guys you are doing a great job. I was sad to leave and wish we had booked to stay longer.

It’s not just the newly renovated, beautifully done entrance and spacious suites that make it special. It’s the people working here who genuinely care and make your stay the most enjoyable and comfortable.nI am especially grateful for the help from Office Manager James. Thanks to him, we extended our stay from two weeks to almost two months. He is very professional and organized all our needs in the best way possible.nMany thanks to Lobby Ambassador Iris. She greets all guests with a charming smile, is very attentive to all your needs, and is helpful in any situation. She has personally helped me a lot. Every day she is here, always asking if we need anything, making you feel like you are her first priority.nAll the desk assistants are very polite and kind. The entire team makes you feel like part of a big, friendly family.nThe three-bedroom ocean view suite is so spacious and luxurious, with everything needed for a long, comfortable stay. The Meriton Suites was a fantastic location to stay at during the Pan Pacifc Masters Games recently held on the Gold Coast. It was ideally located to the Convention Centre and is only a short walk to a large number of really good restaurants. It was only a short walk to the beach. The facilities included an indoor pool, an outdoor pool and spa, and a gym. The reception staff were very helpful in answering all my questions. There is parking available, and you can even leave your car there after check out if you wish to continue exploring the Broadbeach area, your car has to exit before midnight.
I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and while the room was clean and the location convenient, the service was unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. On the second night, we ran out of facial napkins and requested a refill. Instead of restocking, the staff told us to use a hand towel to clean our face. This was shocking and not at all what you’d expect from a luxury hotel.nnAdditionally, the ground in our room was full of sand, so we called housekeeping to clean it. They outright rejected our request, saying there was no point because we were checking out the next day. This logic is absurd and shows a complete lack of care for guests’ comfort. For a hotel claiming to be 5-star, the service and basic amenities were a major disappointment.
