Relaxing Getaway with Stunning ViewsnWe enjoyed a fantastic one-week stay at the Dorsett Gold Coast. Our rooms whether standard, king, or deluxe—was both stylish and cozy, with a comfortable bed that ensured restful nights. The bathroom was modern and luxurious, featuring a spacious walk-in shower that added to the overall experience. From our room, the views were breathtaking, overlooking the Gold Coast skyline and the beautiful pool below. The sunsets were particularly stunning, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it was a perfect stay for relaxation and soaking in the beauty of the Gold Coast.
What a hotel! Just the list perfect location for around the casino! Brand new everything!!! Super clean and the most gentle kind staff.nI stayed in the exec room floor so had the drinks and the breakfast.nThere was a lady from Spain, Alicia that served me and was so helpful, taught me all about the lounge benefits and then served me a perfect breakfast. She was the most kind lady and very helpful for my first time being on the executive floor with the lounge access.nHer eggs were amazing and the breakfast was bliss!
The concierge Don was awesome and just made our stay that extra exciting! Rooms were lovely, location is great for any tourist, and the staff all round were very helpful and lovely.nnThe pool area is worth the stay just in itself. Wonderful day beds, the bar super close, it was nice just spending the morning pool side. All restaurants walking distance, and help was always there to be found.nnThanks for a wonderful weekend getaway!
Had a great stay here with the kids over the weekend. Hotel has most things you’ll need. Only wish they had microwaves available for families that require them. The pool is the major draw card for us. Perfect for the kids!nAt the executive lounge there’s a good range for breakfast and we had the lovely Alicia looking after us. She has been there for the past few times we’ve stayed and she’s always got a smile on her face and treats us so well! Shout out to Alicia!
We enjoyed a very succulent Chinese meal at the Star and the portion was very good value for money. The staff at The Dorsett were very friendly and very helpful - when the system had accidentally charged us an additional $300, they were as swift as a scam to rectify. Staff mentioned that this ‘glitch’ has been an on going issue - they remained very patient. The pool is sensational! Getting to the gym was an awkward traverse as you walk through the casino in workout gear mixed with folk looking ready for the Oscar’s/ a footy game an eclectic mix! The gym is like Working out in the great sandy desert at midday but if that’s what your into, we recommend!
