TLDR; A Cozy Home Away from Home with Exceptional Amenities and a Great Location.  Meriton Suites Broadbeach is a perfect place to stay if you're looking for a cozy home away from home. The studio rooms are spacious, clean, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. You can cook your meals in the room's kitchen, which comes with a large fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, and a large TV for your entertainment. The private balcony is a great spot to relax and enjoy the view of the beach.  The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk to the beach, which makes it convenient to spend your days soaking up the sun, enjoying the water, and exploring the area. The gym and swimming pool are well-maintained, and the staff provides towels to make your swim more comfortable.  The staff at Meriton Suites Broadbeach are welcoming, and they make you feel at home right away. Tristan, in particular, deserves a special mention for his warm and friendly attitude.  Although there are a few minor issues with the hotel, such as the noisy room doors and limited lifts, they don't detract from the overall comfort and convenience of staying at Meriton Suites Broadbeach.  To sum it up, Meriton Suites Broadbeach is an excellent choice for a cozy, comfortable, and convenient stay with exceptional amenities and a perfect location. Overall 8.5/10  As a side note, I would highly recommend checking out the Little Mermaid restaurant for breakfast, which caters to both vegans and non-vegans.  Also, even if you don’t book this hotel i recommends avoiding hotels west of the highway as it can be time consuming to cross.

Amazing hotel to stay at in a great location.  Firstly the service is fantastic, from the time you are greeted to the service provided when requesting something.  In our 8 day stay they did an express clean and a full clean, both which were unexpected.  During the express clean the cleaner even put my kids teddy bears back in n the bed read for their return to the hotel room.  They provided complimentary slippers, umbrellas and anything else you might need at the last minute.  The pools were great, with an indoor and outdoor pool, which makes it a great place for all seasons.  The location is equally good with easy access to buses, the tram and to the local restaurant centre.  Its even walking distance to the large shopping centre for the Gold Coast.  Overall, price competitive and worth adding to your shortlist.  I will now be looking at Meriton Suites whenever I travel and have joined their loyalty program.

Amazing view, facing ocean, and very lovely staff, thanks a lot : I really enjoyed my stay there, and will come back again for sure. The kitchen facility also was complete and clean. Close to tram & bus station and very friendly staff. My only comment is on the service: towels smelled like old cloths, or not washed with adequate amount of powder, but just water? Also tissue box had only 4 tissues, and in next service they did not change it even though I left the empty box in front of mirror. Shampoo was opened and half used.

Great staff. Ritchie was awesome at checking us in. The hotel is in a great location for dining and beach goers. Suite ocean view 1 bed suite was really nice and clean and well presented. The only thing that dropped it down a star was the bathroom dodgy shower facet and the linen. Bath towels are on the small to medium size and not soft at all. Overall, it's a great place to stay, and we will be back soon.

OK. There was a long black hair in our bed that didn't belong to us. The shower leaked everywhere. $350 for one night, but I still had to pay for parking, and no, I don't consider that secure parking. It was close to our event, hence why we booked there. Check in took some time, but the staff were lovely

This hotel claims to be a 4.5 star hotel however the only good thing about it was the location. For starters they claim in their info book that the room will be ‘express serviced’ every day however it is only every 3 days and all this includes is the bed made and new towels given. After an express service our toilet had clearly not been cleaned and the bin not emptied. We stayed in 2 rooms, a 1 bedroom and a 3 bedroom. Upon arrival in the 3 bedroom we were met with a foul, stale smell and had to go and buy air freshener to use. Dirty dishes were found in the cupboards and carpets were clearly not regularly vacuumed. Three days without clean towels and one set of amenities for 4 women. When we asked for additional fresh towels they were dumped by the entrance, with none of the old towels taken out of the room and no fresh flannels or floor mats, just towels. The room looks modern and clean online but in reality the furniture is old and dirty, super uncomfortable and clearly has never been cleaned. Our last straw was 2 gigantic cockroaches in the room! When we told the manager and asked for a refund we were met with excuses that they fly in through the window we were 17 stories high absolutely no way they flew in! and a rude comment that we were attempting to scam the hotel because we couldn’t afford the room! They are absolutely overpriced, $3,500 for 5 nights in this room with no housekeeping services, dirty floors and furniture and ROACHES!!!! Do not recommend whatsoever. I have heard from others who have stayed here they also experienced roaches and P.S Meriton don’t bother copying and pasting your response full of excuses that you have posted to all other reviewers.

Amazing Hotel stayed with my family at the top on level 32. I would definitely recommend it when going to Broadbeach as everything you could want is in a walkable distance. Being at the top does come with the disadvantage of waiting for everyone else when going up and down the lift. Staff are very friendly and very premium and clean. Overall very nice and I would definitely recommend a stay there.

Very nice place to stay. Had ocean view suite with a lovely view of the ocean. The night view of the city lights was also nice. Always several helpful staff at reception who you just need to ask if you need anything like additional coffee, sugar, dishwashing liquid etc as they currently only do a full service once a week for 7 night stays and above. They did do an express service after 3 nights including fresh towels. Room was nice and clean with sufficient cooking facilities although the hot plate & frying pan were small in size and only a convection microwave. Full size fridge though. The washing machine and dryer were useful to wash our bathers and towels a couple of times although nowhere to hang them. I draped them over the chairs on the balcony. Walking distance to Casino, restaurants, supermarket, convention centre, Pacific Fair shopping centre, beach and Surfers Rent a Car. Car parking was available for $12 per night. Bed was comfortable enough. Didn't like having the air con over the bed as my partner liked to have it on overnight but I don't like it blowing on me. TV can be connected to a phone/device to stream things like Netflix which was good although a little fiddly to get it to work.  Walkability: Walking distance to Casino, restaurants, supermarket, convention centre, Pacific Fair shopping centre, beach and Surfers Rent a Car.

We came here for our honeymoon after staying here 5 years ago. This place has gone to ruins compared to our previous stay. Your room doesn’t get freshen up daily, only every 3rd day. And when it was refreshed it had been done very poorly. So much so we wish it hadn’t been refreshed and we could have made the bed and got new towels ourselves. There was rust on the fridge and throughout the hotel. It was dusty and dirty in places and the pool had tiles missing on poles which wasn’t very appealing. The service from the front staff however was amazing! They were so lovely and helpful throughout our trip and made the overall hotel stay more bearable. My husband I regret booking here and will not stay here again due to the quality of a so called 5 star hotel.

the place and view is good but bad customer service. we requested for 2 pairs of dental kit tooth brush and paste,also shaving kit. we did rang the phone and also talk to their concierge staff. we checked out at the hotel without giving us the requested stuff. bad place for colored and asian people.  Rooms: nice view and room amenities but bad customer service
