The owners Chris and Faye were lovely. There rooms are big enough to accommodate big families and a entertainment area of BBQ and a swimming pool. What ever your needs for your family they have it, Prams, Mattresses, Baby Cots and much much more. Our rooms was like a holiday at a new home it was so comfortable and relaxing. They are close to everything its a holiday with luxury. Affordable at its best. Dont miss out. Try it for your next holidays you wont regret it.
The owner was very nice, friendly, and helpful, the location was good and there at parking included, unfortunately these are unserviced apartments. We stayed in apartment 1 for 5 nights, the room didn't get cleaned during this time but I'm not sure if that was included, the apartment was clean when we arrived however we had an issue with bed bugs my partner got bitten a few times in the bed, we asked the owner to replace the bedding, she washed it all then we didn't have any problems. The apartment was in good repair however the taps leaked a little unless they were heavily tightened. The kitchen had a decent array for cooking items however there was only 1 chucs and 1 dishwasher tablet for the whole stay. Overall a good apartment for the price.
An excellent place to stay .No traffic noise .Central to shopping, beach and public transport.Lovely friendly owners.Apartments are well set out, great showers and a beaut kitchen with all cooking needs.Everything so clean. Has secure parking.Had an enjoyable stay here whilst on the Gold Coast and will definitely stay here again. Grandkids certainly enjoyed the swimming pool. Thank you Le Lavandou for a wonderful holiday.
Clean and tidy place rooms nice size and clean. Pool area well looked after and also clean. Managers were friendly and helpful. Great position close to beach and Broadbeach centre but far enough away to be quiet.
Stayed here from 1st to 8th July 2018 with my wife and two daughters. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the facilities, washing machine, dryer, kitchen etc were great. Pool was great. Very close to Broadbeach shopping area and restaurants, maybe 2 minutes walk. A couple of minutes walk to the wonderful beach. Only 25mins drive to the theme parks. Tram just around the corner. Will definately stay here again great facility and great location.
Awesome stay.... great 2 bed apartment for the weekend. Fully self contained. With kitchen our room a ensuite and lock up parking. Faye the manager is lovely and very helpful. Definitely will book again next time we come up...
Have stayed in other accommodations in Broadbeach over the years and have found Le Lavandou appartments to be the best by fair. Fair pricing, nice spacious rooms and friendly staff. Close to all of the attractions of Broadbeach. Would highly recommend.
It seems the owners have only done the absolute minimum for what's required to be provided. For such minor things, they could have made all the difference for the comfort of our stay. Instead of relaxing in comfort we were occupied with finding places to buy laundry and toilet items or how we were going to keep the room cool overnight. Pros: clean and spacious Cons: air conditioners are a on an energy saving motion sensor so if you leave the room or go to bed they switch off making the place hot again. Ironically, once it gets hot, you get up and turn it on again, which uses EVEN MORE power to cool the place once again. The absolute minimum in consumables were provided dishwashing soap only for a single wash, washing powder for a single wash, a single wash cloth, 1 tea towel only, only 1 spare toilet paper roll etc and not enough by far for a stay of a few days for a family. All these items needed to be purchased from the shop separately by ourselves during our stay. Won't stay again. Would rather pay a few extra dollars for somewhere that provides these little things and doesn't cut out the air conditioning.
Small clean and convenient. Free wifi is get what you pay for noah used it for zoom on the ark! Thankfully not more than 3 stories high
