Belle Maison is a perfect holiday accommodation for groups and families in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast. We offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom air conditioned holiday apartments at a affordable price.
We are just 2 minutes walk from the beach. Gold Coast Casino is located 5 minutes walk from our resort and the one of the best shopping destination Pacific Fair can be reached in 10 minutes. Other shopping and dining destination is just at your doorstep when you stay at Belle Maison. Our apartments are with modern decor and furnishings throughout.

As my family relaxes the lounge on departure day, we reflect on what has been an amazing 11 nights in Broadbeach.  Belle Maison is just a fantastic place. We were greated by a huge modern, clean apartment with world class views. The swimming pool is magnificent. A very short walking distance to the main street in Boradbeach we had access to restaurants, shops and all the essentials you could need. Not to mention a 250m walk to some of the best beaches in Australia.  The only suggestion I have for Belle Maison is on longer stays when the mid stay service is completed that it includes a full apartment service and not just a linen change. Other than this minor point the quality of this resort is supreme and we look forward to booking future stays in Broadbeach and staying at Belle Maison.

Very spacious rooms and tasteful modern furnishings. Terrific facilities including good  size pool and spa. Could do with reading lamp in main living area, but otherwise hard to fault.Rooms: 4/5

Have just had an amazing 5 nights at Belle Maison and we absolutely loved it. Our room was perfect with the most amazing views and the property is beautifully maintained. The pool and spa area was very much enjoyed by ourselves and kids. Close proximity to the oasis shopping centres and restaurants.Looking forward to staying again in the near future and using the beautiful BBQ areas which even has a herb garden for people to use. Steph is lovely to deal with.

Do not stay here. The service really lets this place down, absolutely stunning apartments but the service is terrible.  Wifi unavailable for the first day due to it being a public holiday, we asked for the code in advance and staff still unable to provide.  Unfortunately we tested positive for Covid on our last day, due the amount of elderly people and young children at the building we told reception. We were charged $250 deep cleaning charge for this gesture of goodwill. We checked out no problem, then when are vehicle arrived to go home the receptionist came and told us.  Fridge ice machine not connected. No ice cube trays. No where to dry washing, no drying rack. $1.50 for extra toilet paper.  A beautiful place spoiled by a rude manager and bad service.

Very bad customer service from office staff and Geoff the Hotel Manager. We did not have access to WIFI and second set of keys which they simply said " you did not get charged for it". Milk inside the fridge were out of date. Very poor customer relation were the staff did not listen to your point and only repeated what they thought is correct. We were charged $50 cleaning fee after the dishwasher had issues washing the dishes. They claimed they have photo proof of the dishes being dirty however once requested, they rejected to share the pictures as " it doesn't show it properly". Very poor stay and wont recommend at all

HORRIBLE - RUDE - DIRTY - HIDDEN EXTRA CHARGES STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I booked and paid for a weekend from out of state. The room was below average for the price. Dirty and clearly not cleaned correctly after previous guests i found a toe nail in the bed sheets and bathroom . The mini bar items were all out of date, I never use them anyway because they are so expensive After dinner I retired to my room and put on a movie and got the rude manager at my door yelling at me that there was a noise complaint and I need to leave immediately.. I was absolutely shocked and confused. I was watching a movie and if it was too loud it wasnt I would of turned it down if someone told me. I don't know whether the walls are paper thin or what. But he was so rude and kicked me out. I panicked as I am from out of state and had no where else to go and it was 8pm so finding a place was going to be extremely stressful. *a noise complaint at 8pm!* He refused to offer me my money back and was going to add extra charges for the "inconvenience"?! After calling the service desk and talking to a female staff member about my situation/concerns, she said that she could convince the manager to let me stay for the night and then id have to leave early in the morning... 8pm noise complaint with NO prior warning. Kicked out. NO REFUND + EXTRA CHARGES. This manager absolutely hates his job and has no care what so ever for his customers or staff.

My partner and his friends had the unfortunate experience of booking with these apartments. They had booked multiple rooms including the penthouse suite for multiple nights and were asked to leave mere hours after arrival. The manger claimed noise complaints but no evidence was provided to substantiate this accusation, he also did not offer any warnings and asked them to leave immediately. My partner and his friends are not from the Gold Coast nor do they know anyone on the Gold Coast and were put in an incredibly unsafe situation to find emergency accommodation at 8pm at night. No refund was provided for the THOUSANDS of dollars they spent. The manager was completely unprofessional, racist and insensitive. DO NOT BOOK HERE. If I could leave a 0 star review I would.

We had a lovely experience at the Belle Maison for a weekend. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right decision staying here. Fantastic customer service from Steph at reception who welcomed us warmly. The apartment we were given 17 was immaculate and exceptionally well furnished with a welcoming vibe to it. The cleanliness could not be faulted. The location of the Belle Maison is handy to all that one would need. Far enough away from the action, but close enough to partake if one desires. We found this apartment very quiet and peaceful with great views.
