You know it's good when its a little dingy and tucked away in a corner. We had the set meals which were incredibly worth it - 19.80 for a full bowl of ramen + side dish + rice dish! The broth was delicious and egg perfectly cooked. Highly recommend!
The real Japanese handmade ramen. Taste good and is an affordable price about $16 to $20. Add $4 for extra noodles in a jumbo size. Pork, chicken, and beef are available in meat and soup bases.
One of the best authentic Japanese noodle bars in Sydney. Still maintaining their quality for so many years. A really great authentic experience for value and service. A Must Go To places that’s won’t disappoint.
Tried the pork tsukemen and it was pretty good. The broth was quite salty but it was flavoursome and went well with the thick noodles. There were decent size chunks of pork within the broth as well. Service was quick it could be because I was eating there around 530pm. Plenty of other ramens on the menu which I will one day try out. Overall the tsukemen was quite nice.
A gem hiding in the corner of chinatown. Ordered the deluxe ramen set that comes with a side dish of your choice from tokoyaki, gyoza and salad. And a bowl of mini rice. Better than what I expected tbh, the tonkotsu broth was thick and creamy. Even though it’s not the spicy one in the set, they can happily make it into a spicy one for you, which is really nice. The ricebowl was okay, nothing too special, but the rice they use here is good Also be warned, the air con seems to be broken here, so better come prepared All in all, would recommend for ramen lover. Nothing too special but definitely can’t go wrong.
One word to describe the ramen. Delicious. The place is small and feels bad ventilation however after having the ramen, it was fantastic. Broth was rich and full of flavour and the karage chicken tender. Highly recommend this place, I'd say it is easily listed one of top 5 ramen places within Sydney.
Not sure where the 5 star reviews have come from. The broth is so oily Greenpeace would get involved. The best thing about the dish was the egg and the ramen noodles. I haven't left a restaurant feeling this disappointed in such a long time.Food: 1/5
The pork slices and soy sauce eggs were delicious. The tonkotsu broth with black garlic makes it more flavourful while the chicken shio broth makes it less thicker and cleaner taste which I don’t enjoy as much. Their noodles however were cooked to perfectly chewiness which I really liked. Free condiments self serve such as pickles, sesame seeds, chilli oil and chilli powder. Long communal table with a welcoming vibe of friendly staff. 1% cards surcharges applied.
All the Ramens here is good . The broth is Sweet ,hot and fatty . Two of my favourites are Tori Kara age Ramen & Karami Ramen Pork flavour . Worth the trip to the city . Family friendly.
Great spot for a quick, no fuss Japanese meal with great value. Can't go wrong with any of the mains.Food: 3/5
