Used them for years. Professional service and their workshops are well organised and orderly. Staff are always happy to explain services and will call you to update you on any extra costs that need to be factored in.

These guys fixed a head gasket leak 4 years ago. To date I haven't had further issues and they did it for 30% less than what the dealership quoted me. I'd highly recommend.

Worst experience I have had, value your car and time DONT go here.

Went in, described 4 seperate faults I was expericening with a detailed discription over a day later he hands the car back to me telling me that he couldn't find any faults and that the clunk while braking was normal, then gives the keys back to me, I asked him about the coolant leak I asked for him to check, he said he did nothing, spent all that time and literally nothing was done.
The reason I went there was because I trusted these guys, now they have lost a returning customer at there own faults.

Find someone else, these guys are useless!

My 2006 BMW 120i sprung a water leak so I took it too Melbourne Prestige in Croydon. They had qualified ex BMW technicians that showed me that this was a common problem with this BMW model and soon had it fixed. Thanks Carl, Mark and David, great work.
