I gave my car for repair at the center through AAMI. Prompt booking for next day for assessment. Cab was arranged to Hire car. Received a phone to suggest my car was fixed and once again I dropped the car at Hire car and cab was arranged from Hire car to their center. Explanation was given as to what was fixed in the car as well. No cost to me as other party was at fault. Really smooth transaction. Special mention to Marianne(Receptionist) - very polite and excellent customer service.

Smart by name, not by nature. Deplorable service, shoddy workmanship and incomplete jobs are the hallmark of this bland and bullyish mob. The cosy relationship with G.I.O complicate the goal of satisfactory outcomes. Stear clear if you have reasonable expectations.

Had our car repaired via AAMI here. Awesome service and communication. The taxi organised to take us home was prompt and they delivered our car to the apartment when it was fixed! No idea of cost or that side of things as we were not at fault.
