They were very attentive when I explained what had happened and gave me good advise on what they would do and what they suggested. I was expecting to be without a car for weeks but they surprised me and that didn't mean poor quality. Outstanding experience at Gemini

They're very good when it comes to timely service, keeping you informed of when to drop off and collect your car, generally following the process, the repairs appear to have been done well and the car was in good condition when delivered . Having said that I would have appreciated a friendlier and more courteous approach from staff. Staff at the front desk don't even look at you when talking to you, let alone smile, and the gentleman who receives and hands over the car is always in a rush and doesn't appear to like answering any questions about what repairs were done and how they were done (nothing too elaborate just a simple question about what was done, he repeated 'alright it's ready to go' 5 times in the 3 minutes I took receiving the car). Those are little things in comparison to the very good service provided but I would've liked to feel more welcomed which I didn't.

Car was done a day faster than quoted. They did great work (my 12 year old Hyundai Accent looks like new again) and organized Taxi to hire car place. Good communication and car was detailed and cleaned inside. Also sprayed some minor bumps on car not related to accident so very happy.

Sent here by my insurer, and was happy they were close to where I lived. BLown away by the exceptional service that was professional with a capital P. Great work on the repair, and a surprisingly pleasant experience. Thanks.

Gemini Thornbury have a sign offering 10 out of 10 service. I was a little skeptical, I mean, come on, a 9 maybe... But they delivered! I've given them 10 for the following reasons: All persons who served me were polite, professional, courteous and very friendly. The car was repaired earlier than they promised. The car was repaired and delivered back to me beyond my expectations (having had another repair with another repairer last year, the contrast was quite clear). The car was presented to me beyond my expectations (washed and vacuumed). The young lady (sorry I forgot your name) was able to help out when my Telstra service went down and payment via eftpos impeded. She went the extra mile using her own mobile to tether mine and facilitate the transfer. Thanks again Gemini - I will highly recommend you and yes, you delivered 10 out of 10 service.
