I attended this clinic not too long ago and was blown away by the customer service provided. Not only the therapist but everyone on reception and throughout the office were courteous and friendly and made me feel very comfortable even though I was in quite a bit of pain. I commend them for their service and will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

Being able to use your hands properly is such an important part of life, so it's good to have access to such a dedicated clinic.

I had a very average experience at the Heidelberg clinic. Booked in for assessment of carpal tunnel. I was not told that I was booked in to see an occupational therapist as opposed to a standard physiotherapist. If I had known I would've checked my health insurance cover. Asked why they couldn't confirm this and they said they wanted to provide speedy service. They brushed me off and said I was probably covered (I was not). Supervisor was very rude and did not have time to listen. When a generic text message called to ask about the experience, I asked for someone to call to discuss further(one of the options), it's been 6 months and no call yet. Very disappointed. 

Just a heads up, make sure you check whether you are booked in with a general physiotherapist or an occupational therapist as the price difference is quite a bit. Have since gone to another Hand Therapist and have had an excellent experience there. Hope you lift your game guys.

Could not recommend this clinic more highly. After bad experiences with past clinics, this clinic has provided me with the uttermost care, support and knowledge, 10/10 would return and recommend.
