Most professional outfit in Melbourne. An absolute brains trust of knowledge and experience. Will quickly and accurately diagnose the issue and get you back on the field asap. May cost a little extra, but well worth it.
Revised review. I would give the reception team, Dr Sam, Mark Scotney, Elise and Brendan a 5 out of 5 star experience. These practitioners were very compassionate, professional and great at rehabilitation. I have been a customer since 2013. Unfortunately the physio who replaced my usual whom im not comfortable naming, swore when I spoke to the over the phone and then stated factually incorrect and innapropriate comments during my 2 sessions with him, as well as failing to recognise a strength difference of my calves by over 50% mass and incorrectly attributed the pain i was experiencing to purely emotional wheb there was a physical component. I give the experience with this physio 1 star. I will commemd the OPSM team for managing this experience well and sensitively, and want to state that the experience I had with that staff member is inconsistent with mainly positive experience I had at OPSM.
Recently attended OPSMC for some physio treatment as my regular physio was away. I was booked in with mitchell walker and i could not be happier with the session. Mitchell is a very professional,knowledgeable physiotherapist. He was able to diagnose the reason for my pain and gave me a great massage to release tension/taped up my shoulder for support. The exercises i was given to do by mitchell have literally eased my pain within one day. I will continue to do these exercises until my next booking with mitchell where he will have a new plan for me to follow. The staff at front desk are also very helpful. Big thank you to Mitchell Walker & OPSMC.

Dr Lauren was in depth, Professional and very friendly. Very thorough in her examination. Will definitely go there again.
Dr Jacob Jewson and Sophie Crapper are amazing. I saw them over the span of almost a year and they helped rehabilitate an injury that I never thought would heal. Through the process there was amazing communication and I felt cared for and my needs were tailored to. I will continue to recommend OPSMC and Jacob and Sophie to all my other friends and family.
I had a meniscectomy done and obviously wanted the best rehab plan. After researching extensively, I decided to go with Gary Cairnduff. An absolute magician and will tell you the ins and outs of the whole process. Can't recommend Gary enough!!
I’ve only been twice to visit their exorbitantly priced GP’s. Paid $260 each time simply for a referral!!! It’s pretty outrageous but what can you do? They’re the best apparently so other than that, it’s a pleasant place with friendly, helpful staff and good accessible parking which is good when you have an injury!, that is free. I just wish they had more flexible pricing when the doctor can do nothing other than simply refer you onto someone else and you’re out the door in 15 minutes, but that’s just the system and not their fault I suppose.
