Great chemist, always helpful and great selection of pharmaceutical and natural products. However, please update your opening hours on your front door and on Google Maps if you don't actually open at 8.30am. A lot of people around here start work at 8.30 / 9.00 so it would be good not to have false hope about getting to the chemist in time before work. It has happened several times waiting for 15 or more minutes then giving up because I have to get to work. Or maybe you could contact the guy next door if you're running late and he could put a sign up "Back in X minutes".

Mary and the team at this pharmacy are TOP NOTCH! Friendly and personable professional service! I have a local cosmetic beauty business and we refer our clients to this chemist all the time - they rave about how friendly and affordable this place is. I also go there all the time and its nice when the staff know you by name!

Rude and pushy salespeople. Everything is overpriced. Go to Chemist Warehouse instead for cheaper prices and proper customer service.

Worst pharmacy I've been to - take my advice and avoid this travesty of a pharmacy. Went in for a simple nasal decongestant for my girlfriend, 5 minutes later the pharmacist tried to sell us some dodgy natural therapy nasal spray that contains colloid silver, which is apparently dangerous to your health according to the FDA. 
She was being incredibly pushy and we eventually ended up buying it (no receipt was given, nor did she ever ask if we wanted one), only to come back later and ask for them to replace it with a normal nasal spray. 

Avoid this place, dodgiest pharmacy ever. Rude service, pharmacist who think they know more than doctors, dodgy tactics and products.

Terrible service, very pushy pharmacist who tried to talk me out of sudafed (despite it being advised by the doctor) in favour of natural therapies. The same thing happended when I asked for Epsom salts, which I often use as bath soak after the gym. When I declined on both, the pharmacist implied it was because I didn't know what I was talking about. It just happens that the alternative products she was pushing are also more expensive. Unfortunately it's my local so I'll have to go back! I'll be finding somewhere else for any non-emergencies. Disappointing.
