Nice office, not too busy but staff tells you to go away and they will call you ON THAT DAY. Fast forward 2 weeks, no phone calls. I have to go back there again. Such a waste of time.
Clean premises and the staff were very helpful . Make sure you have is when you go there medicare card is fine .
The system is broken. Staff spends time on arranging appointments instead of taking care of matters. Office quite this morning still no one was ''available'' to talk to me. Both staff's and people's time is wasted. Have to go to another Centrelink Branch. What are our local Federal MPs doing about it ???

I went there to get international Covid certificate. When I went to the counter, a young Indian girl attended to me. She asked for my ID. I showed her my driver license and my Singapore passport. Without consulting with any medicare officer, she said medicare can’t issue me an international Covid cert. but after talking to the Medicare officer I was issued with the international Covid cert why is this young Indian girl very rude? Looks like she is trying to abuse her power. But she is just an inexperienced young girl. Definitely would point to who that Indian girl is to whoever wants to know. Some young girls need to be trained properly

Was able to have a snooze but I recommend you write down what you are doing there and any questions you have because after playing with your phone for so long you'll forget what you're there for.
I would rather die then visit this place ever again, the people that work here are the biggest bluges. living off the government there whole lives, they should just close the doors and live happily every after .please do not upset yourselves by going there . A phone call is your only option.
If I could give zero stars but I can’t. I went in today around 3pm and got served by a lady, and she had absolutely no knowledge of what service I was seeking. When I would correct her, she would immediately go on the defence and say that I was wrong despite being told by another Centrelink staff that my 77 year old mother wasn’t eligible for a pension someone needs to provide training for her! I wish I kept note of her name but I didn’t, she had blonde hair. I even at one point took out a form that proved she was wrong and she STILL denied it! Please please provide training!!!
Wish I could give Centerlink 0 stars because they don't deserve a star! Pathetic service and staff. Sad to see government services in a developed country to be so slow, careless, irresponsible and disrespectful. Absolutely no respect of anyone's time and queries. The phone lines are never available and when you visit the center, they ask to come back after an hour again , when you go there after an hour they ask you to call the number !! How great is that :D They expect people to be polite and respectful towards the centerlink employees but what they forget is that the employees are in terrible need of a good customer service training..they are the ones who need to be respectful and not sarcastic. Its the tax payers money they are getting salary from!!! At least be grateful for that!
