Delightful restaurant inside a house with really delicious food. Expensive however the food was unreal. The figs and quail were to die for. The gnocchi were House made and so soft with tender oxtail. The bread really was a treat being housemade with butter with garlic and rosemary. A real treat to go here.

Ate at this very pleasant restaurant last week and we thought the food was outstanding and attention to detail was very pleasing. My husband had soup and braised beef cheek which he thought was lovely and the 2 sides of vegetables which we shared, seared broccoli and baby potatoes were lovely. However, when he asked for a piece of bread to have with his soup, he received a small loaf and was charged an extra $8. I had haloumi and watermelon for starters and while it was tasty, there were 4 teaspoon sized pieces of watermelon and 3 thin slices of haloumi along with a quite delicious sauce. My barramundi was small but adequate and beautifully presented. However, our problem with the restaurant was the cost of the meal. It was BYO so no wine involved and for two courses, a set price of $68 per person and for 3 courses the cost was $80. We have eaten in many restaurants in our travels but this was just way over the top to our way of thinking and for smallish portions and two courses, we thought the bill for $144 was just a little too much. We waited for quite a long time for our mains but the lady who served us was helpful and delightful and very busy.

Beautiful place. Beautiful people. Beautiful food. I love that I can get something new every time I go. Every meal is perfect from presentation to taste.
