Freaking disgusting- the amount of times I have visited here and each time it’s been horrible!! Stopped coming here since last year August and been going to bank street. Save your time and money and do the same thing!!! Everytime chips are old and cold like eating cardboard and everything taste like it’s been sitting since early this morning. Should be shut down with all the complaints I see.

Felt like the staff didn't have time to keep the bathrooms operational. No lights when we meant. Flies inside main part of restaurant and dirty floors. Staff were really helpful though.
Ordered a chicken grilled snack wrap, half of it was acceptable, the other half was very hard, crunchy, gelatinous, and cold. When my partner went to the manager to let them know that this chicken was cooked inadequately, the manager said there was no way that could happen because they follow food safety and that it was cooked fine, without even looking at it. I went up to explain more, she put through a new wrap for us which I am greatful for, but then as I was explaining she walked away. I work in fast food and this is no way to deal with customer complaints, and it is not acceptable to serve undercooked/chicken or meat to any customer. wont be ordering chicken from this particular McDonald's anytime soon.
All I gotta say is .when we received our food it came cold first of all then there was this weird garlicy stuff on top of the pancake box with chunks of lettuce that smelt rank. There were chunks of black stuff all over my pancakes and the drinks spilled all in the bag because they decided to put them in there and with soggy cup holders. Feel bad for the staff as they look depressed when working and the customer service isn’t exactly great, it’s mostly being run by children if anything.
