Restaurant and playground like look it haven’t been clean it months can see for yourself when you walk in, My food was disgusting I had chicken bacon deluxe was bacon but the chicken petty tasted undercooked I spew it out also Pregnant , the 2 cheese burgers were not cheese burgers 1 they added bbq sauce in it which I didn’t ask for the one just looked like it was slap together way to much sauce never in my life time am I n my family are not returning here… I’m surprised with the way the restaurant looks so the crew members handing the food do they wash there hands or take bide in what they do cause don’t looked like it
Yesterday at 10:30pm, ordered food on the in-store kiosk, I ordered incorrectly and took my receipt to the till to correct this error, that was fine and was corrected accordingly, however, as we left, all the food we ordered was absolutely cold, including the chips soggy, and were given heaps of chips but all two large, two medium, all cold and soggy, burger pattie’s not an ounce hot, it’s absolutely pitiful especially when you’re paying a lot of money for cold food, & especially at night when driving you need coffee to stay alert, the staff are not adequately barista trained, no froth in the cup which means the milk wasn’t heated long enough. It was so bad, I was able to skull my entire large chai latte in one gulp. The food and coffee as a whole has made me retreat to the bathroom today.
We were travelling through and short on time so decided to drive through for breakfast. We looked at the app beforehand to sort what we wanted and loaded multiple codes up so we could quickly order and be on our way. It was our turn and we gave our code and we were told that we would have to drive around and wait again to use each code. Every other McDonald's we have travelled to so far has no issue with just starting another order. Why promote an app to track what people are buying and then not let them purchase off it? At the same time they are not showing the full menu and prices online. We were ordering combos and paying. It wasn't just a bunch of redeemed points. When we spoke to the manager she said it was their stores personal stance on it and other stores can do what they want. Really poor service. Even though we left without food because who has time to repeatedly go through the drive through, it still left a bad taste in our mouths.
For fast food, this place has a very average venue, and toilets.nThe food is fine, the service was great, we had table service and everything was delivered fast with happy staff.
The food was fine served fast and cooked properly. However this foreign cashier manning the till got my order wrong, on the bright side I didn't get charged for the wrong item I was just misunderstood because they probably had little experience with English speaking. I'm pretty sure everything on the menu was available, not much else to say, it's pretty standard.
