What's the reason behind making icecreams right after receiving the order and letting them melt for 15 mins until the burger is ready? I was drinking my Choc Top Sundae today, after also receiving just a regular Sundae and paying for the Choc Top.. ‍‍ Always happens here and it's so disappointing! Also staff seems unhappy, especially at the Counter. Getting orders and items wrong. Geeez.
1. The wait time for dine in was 30 mins. Dine in red number plates were removed everywhere. 2. The cleanliness generally bad. 3. The fries i got were sprinkled with burnt small particles from old fries and old oil that was not changed on time. 4. Majorly understaffed, very long queue in drive thru and inside. Very disappointed, should not be like this in the flagship restaurant of Auckland city
Not even the hamburglar could stop me from pulling into the drivethru this morning for a golden, crispy hash brown. I breezed through the line and had my order in under 60 seconds, now that’s service! James Ashwin
I'm giving a 1 star because it is the least I can give. Absolute disaster, When we came in there were crumbs, rubbish, straws, napkins, and scattered chips over the floor. Every single table was a mess and some chairs and sofas even had food on them. The rubbish can was completely overfilled and had rubbish overflowing everywhere on the ground near it. It was despicable. We ordered a few apple pies and 2 ice creams, and we were set to wait for 30 minutes. About 20 minutes in, we asked the counter when our food will be coming and the male worker told us that they were making it. 30 minutes in, we asked 1 more time and they made it all in front of us. In 1 minute. We waited 30 minutes for something that could be made in 1 minute. We would understand if it was busy but it was absolutely not. This visit was highly disappointing.
Always think of McDonald's ice cream when it is hot outside. Love the price and the deal there. It is the beginning of summer, my whole family has a plan to taste as many different ice cream in and around auckland. McDonald is the top of the list for this challenge. It was sweet, creamy, good smell and smooth texture. Those are the old feeling we got. Somehow, for this visit, the sweet smell of the ice cream was not as good as we tried. The sweetness was a bit lower than usual. So, my family can confirm that there is a change in the taste of its ice cream. 3.5 stars overall anyway.
The building was being refreshed. The touch screen for ordering was slow with not way to page back,confusing. Waited for several minutes to talk to a staff member. The mems toilet was very dirty.. Food was standard fare my burger was not hot when served at our table.
My partner and I go here all the time as its 24hr dine in. Never have a problem with our orders some days are busier than normal so wait times differ. But overall foods always fresh when we go and the workers are friendly.
Drive thru service is always on point when the order is taken and you don't have to wait for ages. The two young crew members both European males either still in high school or just finish school always make it really good they take my order read it back to me and ask if there is any thing else I need or want. I always get fresh muffin my fav drink. Dietary restrictions: No milk. No cheese. They always take my order and make sure it's right.
