Decided to try here as ive always had issues with the lowerhutt service. Service was great , very friendly and patient without being asked "is that all? " after every item. They did forget 1 item bt they apologised for it and sorted it out. Until i got home and the drinks were flat and warm, my grilled chicken wrap was soo dry and chewy it looked like it was a grilled piece that had been in there since lunch time which was sad as i enjoy their grilled chicken . But not tonight.
Ordered our food through the drive through. Got told to park in the grill space. Waited 15 minutes for our food to come out and nothing. So went inside and they had completly wiped our order. I do commend the manager Liam I think his name was for being super helpful in getting our order fixed up within a few minutes tho.
Coffee making very slow as only the drive thru machine being used. I had finished half of my meal while standing and waiting. Disability toilet generally needing better cleaning around bins etc. Hash Browns only vaguely warm
My husband went to drive through, ordered apple pies and came home with A double cheeseburger! This is not the first time they got our orders wrong. Couldn't be bothered going back either.
Changing my 5 star review to one star after so many bad services from this restaurant and couldn't be bothered to go to place again. Overall quality of the food is very degrading now with poorest customer service that anyone could receive. Had hair lying in food and upon complaint the representative ask me if he could take the hair out i know. Anyways my experience was bad at several occasions not just one hence I am bit disappointed with judgement passed by this store
Sometimes the menu comes out good. Sometimes its really bad... you would wonder who prepared these. Also one time I ordered sprite but it only tasted like soda water. Its as if they forget to add syrup. The tables are usually quite messy after the customers made a mess. Not sure how often they clean up the table. U can also get very unlucky at the drive thru while waiting for food. I ordered first but i had to wait while 4 other cars behind me already got their meal while i only ordered 1 medium combo. They the server just casual comes out to hand over the meal without no sense of urgency.
Dropped by with children for ice-cream sundaes. Quite a wait even though it was almost empty but received our order after staff had finished chatting together. Every single table in the restaurant was dirty. They needed a staff member out front cleaning. Disappointing.
Really nice Maccas to dine in. Awesome spot for the kids with a big playground. Always lovely staff. Absolutely amazing coffee Always treat myself to a wee coffee here as I swear they're the best in the the Hutt Food: 5/5
Was disgusted to overhear crew talking about how 2 of the managers had hooked up. Ended up hearing the whole story thanks to 2 crew who were chatting instead of doing their jobs. Restaurant manager should really look into things like this…….
Was a busy Mc Ds but touch screen made ordering simple. Meal delivered to table. Chips were hot. Big Mac, spot onFood: 5/5
