Not sure what’s going on with some coloured shirt managers picking on the younger crew but there’s a weird dynamic there. Respect? Goes both ways. Didn’t think picking on the younger ones was a “must have” to become part of management. Witnessed a checkered shirt man telling a crew off in a condescendingly/annoyed tone. Gross. This is what I get for a large fries the is not at all acceptable for 5$, really poor service
I had a disappointing experience. I ordered 4 small slushies, paid, and waited for what felt like forever, only to be told the slushie machine was out of order. This was frustrating as I had kids waiting in the car and thought going to the counter would be faster than the drive-thru.nnI hoped the staff would let me swap to 4 small drinks as compensation for the wasted time, but they insisted I pay the difference. A small gesture like covering the chump change would’ve made me feel much less annoyed It’s about the principles thing. 1 star.
