I am absolutely disgusted by the size of the wicked wings at this KFC.nnI got my mates to order some when they were getting takeaways.nnThe first few I had were marginal, still quite small, but at least half of the wings were so insanely small I had to check I wasn't hallucinating.nnThis is a pathetic attempt by KFC to save a few bucks.nnThe piece in the photos I added is genuinely smaller than a pool ball and those balls are smaller than normal anywaynnMassively disappointed and will not be coming back for a long time.nnKFC already had scummy pricing, they're outdoing themselves with this crap.
Anusha & Anita are two super stars. They are master of customer service. Welcoming and polite. They always have smile on the face. The fast pace of the work is impeccable. I hope owner of the restaurant reads this and give pat on Anusha & Anita's back.
Ordered delivery and only got half our order. Called and was told they'd send the rest. Didn't receive it so called an hour and a half later and they told us we had to come pick up the missing items. They then hung up on us and didn't answer until we called from another phone number. When we eventually got hold of them they said they'll organise delivery but will take an hour. Two hours later we called again and they didn't answer several calls until I blocked my caller ID. They didn't give any explanation as to why we haven't received the food four hours after first calling and said we would maybe get it tomorrow?
Awful, awful experience. Home sick and ordered delivery at 4.30pm. My partner's meal was included in what was delivered but my whole meal was missing. Called the place at 5.10pm and they said they would replace the missing food and send it to us. Well 6.30pm comes around and still nothing! We call again and this time the lady says we have to come fetch the missing stuff...we specifically paid for delivery because we are sick at home. Finally she talks to the manager named Sam and comes back saying it will be delivered in an hour or so. It is now 9pm and still NOTHING!!nnI have phoned a third time and have been told that maybe the food will come tomorrow and the manager will call tomorrow...like what? Lady I didn't want it tomorrow I wanted it 4 hours ago! I will not order from this kfc again! Such bad customer service!!!
Very disappointed. Waited in drive through for 25 minutes, told at the speaker that they couldn’t do large buckets and were only receiving orders for 2 packs and had zero wicked wing's.nThey clearly had chicken because they could make small packs but they were restricting sales to their more high value products like 2 piece packs.nThis is not the first time this has happened. This branch sucks. I would go else where if you could.
