This location consistently provides a great experience. Ordering ahead on the app makes pickup incredibly easy. The staff are always friendly and efficient. My order is ready quickly, which I appreciate. The food is always served hot and fresh. The chicken is perfectly cooked and flavorful. It's a reliable choice for a satisfying meal. I'm always happy with my visits here.
This place gets a 5 star from us because of Koro. Koro’s customer service is amazing. During busy periods he still manages to make each customer feel valued. He runs a tight ship!
I know it is KFC so you can only expect so much but my last two experiences there have fallen short of what you'd expect. A few months back I got drive through. Being KFC Porirua I should have checked my order before driving off but I didn't. I got home and one of the items was missing from the order. I submitted a complaint - it would have been nice to have been offered a refund for the $5 to $6 item or even a voucher to replace it next time but they failed that. I didn't even get a response. I swore off KFC after that. Now a few months later I gave in and got it again. The fries were so cold and dry and the chicken pieces so small. Hopefully going forward I remember not to go back.
Food was great, customer service was good.nBut the dining area was shit, all tables were not wiped down and chairs all over the place, rubbish, food and fizzy drink on the floor, that's a hazard right there.nI had to go and ask someone to give me a spray and wipe to clean my table, I don't even know if that blue cloth was clean, maybe use paper towels for one use only per table. Hygiene in dining area was very poor.nManager please take five minutes of your time to check your work area and restaurant area. I know the evening time can be busy but no excuse not to keep your dining area clean at all times.nOther than that customer service was good, food was yum and fast.
HAIR! DISGUSTING!nnCame in with my flatmates for some dinner expecting some good food. But we got hair instead. Our order took ages to come out and when it did we opened the bag to a hair sitting on top of our poorly wrapped food. The workers are lazy and disgusting. They don't know how to tie up their hair properly or how to wrap a burger. We didn't get Utensils for our cheesy loaded fries and when we asked for them, we got back more hair. The Utensils came out on a tray with napkins and under the napkins was another hair! All of the tables were sticky too, so we had to sit in the carnnConfronted the worker about the hair and all we got was an oh sorry.nBeyond disappointing service from this kfc. We spent 47 dollars on this crap, I hope I don't get sick!
