Always terrible experiences from this store. Food is always half missing. Looks like it’s been thrown around with not a single care at all. Delivery is always the worst of it all. This time after ordering through them, my Maccas app half of the Coke had been sprayed all over the burgers, chips and nuggets leaving them soggy and dripping but lid still attached. Looks like my meal has gone through a rollercoaster Or been thrown around, completely unprofessional. Not to mention the half eaten Chips. Absolutely disgraceful experiences repeatedly from this store. I will never be ordering from here again.
I’m a local Kingsbury resident, and I’ve never seen this McDonald’s in such poor condition or with such poor service. The restaurant appeared messy, and the staff did not seem to be working efficiently.nnI ordered a Matcha Latte with no sugar and extra hot. However, when I left and started drinking it, it was extremely sweet. After opening the lid, I realised it was actually a Thai latte.nnThis was very disappointing. It’s concerning to see a local McDonald’s presented in this way, both in terms of cleanliness and service quality.
I would like to make a formal complaint about the quality of service I continue to receive at McDonald’s.nnMcDonald’s is one of my favorite fast-food restaurants, and I eat there two or three times a week. I also buy coffee from McDonald’s every single day because I genuinely enjoy the food and drinks.nnThe problem is not the food itself—it’s the service. Almost every time I order, something is wrong. I usually order the same burger, the Quarter Pounder Deluxe, and somehow it is almost always made incorrectly.nnToday, I specifically asked the staff member to remove the onions and pickles and add BBQ sauce, bacon, and crunchy onions. Those were the only changes I requested.nnInstead, I received a burger with just the bun, one beef patty, one slice of cheese, bacon, and BBQ sauce. Where were the lettuce and tomato? Where was the second slice of cheese? Where were the other sauces that normally come with the Quarter Pounder Deluxe? It felt like they removed almost everything instead of making the simple modifications I asked for.nnWhat frustrates me the most is that this is not a one-time mistake. It happens so often that I now feel I have to check every single order before leaving the restaurant. I shouldn’t have to do that. When I don’t check, I get home only to discover that my order is wrong again.nnAs a customer, I expect to receive the burger that I paid for, with only the modifications I requested—not a completely different burger.nnI’m a busy person with work and other responsibilities. I don’t have the time to keep driving back to the restaurant to fix mistakes that should never have happened in the first place.nnI really enjoy McDonald’s products, which is why I keep coming back. However, the repeated mistakes and lack of attention to customer orders are becoming extremely frustrating. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that staff receive better training to ensure customers actually receive the meals they order.
Consistently THE WORST McDonald's in Melbourne.nnI've been a regular customer for years, living nearby and visiting every few weeks. Unfortunately, I can honestly say I cannot remember a single order that has been completely correctly.nnThe most common issue is missing items. Sauces are forgotten so frequently that I've come to expect they won't be included, despite being paid for. On many occasions, other food items have also been missing from my order. It's incredibly frustrating.nnI do not recommend ever getting Uber Eats from this restaurant as they don't check that the order has been fulfilled properly so you'll have to submit a refund request every single time.nnWhat's equally disappointing is the state of the restaurant itself. Every time I've visited, the dining area has been dirty, with tables left uncleared and the overall restaurant feeling neglected. Customer service is virtually non-existent - no one will serve you.
For the fourth time in a row after walking to McDonald's for 43 minutes, the soft serve and all ice cream has been broken/ not in service.... Stop offering a staple if you're not going to serve it.nnAlso, when I order four times caramel sauce, if you give me regular caramel sauce one more time I'm going to throw it at your staff.
