We had a less than satisfactory experience here. The food was acceptable, but the customer service was lacking. The staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. They also made an error with our order and forgot to include one burger. We noticed this as we were dining in and informed the staff, but they did not even offer an apology.nAdditionally, the fries were not packaged properly and spilled everywhere in the bag.nThe dining areas were not properly cleaned, which created an unpleasant atmosphere.nI hope that the management will take the necessary steps to address these issues.
I visited McDonald's in Kingsbury last Sunday with high hopes of indulging in their famous 24 nuggets, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The nuggets were disappointingly dry, lacking the juiciness and flavor I've come to expect from McDonald's. To add insult to injury, the packaging was sloppily done, further detracting from the overall experience.nnIt's disheartening to encounter such subpar quality at a McDonald's establishment, especially considering their reputation for consistency and taste. The lack of attention to detail in both the preparation and presentation of the food reflects poorly on the standards of this particular location.nnI cannot in good conscience recommend this McDonald's to anyone looking for a satisfying fast-food experience. The dry nuggets and careless packaging are indicative of a broader issue with the quality control and customer service at this branch. Hopefully, management takes note of these shortcomings and implements necessary improvements to restore the trust and satisfaction of their customers. Until then, I would advise others to steer clear of this disappointing McDonald's location.
Ordered a door dash - which they left at the wrong house - not maccas fault - however what is their fault is entirely undercooked chips X2 tasted awful and were half full. Looked and tasted like they had spent 30 seconds max in the friar. What a bloody disappointment - just do yourself a favour and choose another Maccas.
The fries at this maccas are honestly the best I have had in a long time.. could we please figure out what the do different and teach the rest of the stores.. the freshness, crunchy texture and the taste of the right amount of seasoning never thought about these particular things before but honestly hats off
Check your burger when order from this macca’s drive thru. I came here 3 times in 5 days for convenient purpose. Last 2 times I ordered chicken McMuffin meal around 6am & 6:15am. 1st time gav me sausage McMuffin. 2nd time gav me bacon & egg McMuffin. Not what I ordered. Doubt they even gav me skim milk coffee. Very Bad biz practise to giv what they had on the shelves rather what ppl ordered. I still ate it as I had to go to work. All 3 times after ate, I ended up in toilet doing number 2. They must had very bad hygiene also. Won’t be coming back for the 4th time. This review served as a reminder for me not to come again.
