I have had great service at McDonalds Kamo but three times I was treated SO badly by their staff, once I drove through ordering Coffee and the girl there messed Coffee all over my car, next time the same girl messed No Sugar Coke all down my car, I nicely said "Ooh could you wipe the cup and she took one of their dirty clothes I said sorry I am not going to drink that, then she was SO rude, everybody came and droned around her, verbally being abused by one of them she ripped a cup pouring a new drink I then DID get upset as it was normal Coke I said I can't drink that I am a Diabetic and she started arguing, I replied I saw with my own eyes what you did, the Manager did come over and tried to smooth over the situation I replied dont worry about it, I am just a Diabetic and drove off. Today I ordered once again at the Drive through a Coffee and Nuggets and chips, when I looked down there were no Nuggets I went through the Drive through again and this young man started arguing that he did put it in, then muttered under his breath about me always being a problem loud enough to hear I don't usely complain but this is PLAINLY staff that treats the customers badly when they are at fault, I am sorry about all the sweet workers but they have a bad bunch that need education on HOW to treat people in this industry, they definitely need a course on manners, they made me feel like I was the problem! I am the type of person that apologiseswhen I'm in the wrong and I wasn't!
Usually really reliable. I just wish that EVERY time was good. When we get a good order, it makes us want to go back. But whenever chips are cold - its offputting!!
Ordered sweet n sour sauce with nuggets but they only gave me nuggets. Absolutely dissapointed. Disgraceful. Also asked me to park on the yellow lines only to bring my order to the window 5 seconds after parking up.
Resetting systems at midnight, queue of cars waiting, and then apparent grill issues despite watching them serve their last customer burgers. Then waiting for them to finish smoking ciggies outside. They were sending cars to Raumanga, absolutely useless
It was fast friendly service from drive through crew. The burgers, chicken nuggets and fries were fresh and hot.
Absolutely the worst Mcdonalds in Whangarei. Terrible rude staff, barely ever get my order correct, and always slow and poorly made food even for maccas. Don't recommend anyone spend their hard earned money here.
Went there for breakfast. As a wheelchair user the staff were really helpful. Great service. Thank you McDonald's Kamo
The guy at the drive thru was clear with his communication even though it was peak time. Also the coffee's have been really good
My chips were basically empty but the manage was good about it and topped them up
Like all mc Donald's food was ok, faster than others but the self service order panels are confusing and takes longer than ordering from a personFood: 3/5
