Disorderly and fility.. food was dry / and felt chucked together.nnPlay ground was locked with no note or sign on the door.nnThere was no clean table in the empty venue.nnThe toilets were dishevelled, to say the leastnnWhen I popped to the counter to request some napkins, the young employee was polite and apologetic that they'd been forgotten..nnI felt sorry for the team who didn't seem to have the capacity to keep the venue in an orderly manner.. I hope they receive some additional training, support, or additional team mates.. even a security guard if it's the clientele responsible for the damage to the bathroom, etc..nnI will note the there was a staff wanted sign.nnWhen I used the drive through early in the day I had no issues with the customer service I received.
This morning my partner and I went to McDonald’s, we ordered our food minding our own business we then received our food. I started eating my burger and found egg shells in my burger, the girl’s working behind the counter started swearing that’s not a very good look for a family restaurant.
We waited 30mins for a Big Mac that they decided to put leather on instead of a beef patty. Even though we waited that long, the chips were stale and the chicken McMuffin made me consider becoming a vegetarian. The staff were obviously trying, but they are clearly understaffed big time. The whole place was dirtier than a truck stop bathroom. Avoid at all cost.
I was here on the 2nd of February. The next day, I felt sick, I had a fever and an upset stomach. After days of sickness I finally went to the doctor. My results have just come back today 12th of February I have Salmonella. I have been sick for ten days straight.nnI have been to this McDonald's so many times over the years, more often than not the food is disappointing. They forget things from my orders. The staff are uninterested, untrained or just straight up rude. The place has been a mess. But I've finally reached my limit. I will not be stepping foot in this establishment again.nnI got chicken nuggets. Something pretty simple I feel. They were old, cold and tasted like cardboard - I didn't finish them. They forgot my chips too. Which is half of the meal ‍nnPlease read this and boycott this McDonald's. If Salmonella hits me that hard, what would it do to a child?
Never seen a macas like this before, made an order then went to the counter, if I went to the counter first I would not have made the order. Absolute filthy rubbish tip, how they are allowed to operate like this is unbelievable. Something wrong with the franchisee owner if they think this is acceptable
