$12 for a salad is so over priced, then you find theres a tiny amount of chicken, and the salad looks like left over lettice, a single slither of tomato and 2 pickles. Plus the presentation is terrible.nnMcDonalds needs to get real, charge high amounts and supply food that matches the price. Not the crap that keeps being supplied.
Went through drive through ordered our meals mine was a crispy chicken deluxe add bacon I get to window I was asked to park as bacon wasn't ready all good. Order is brought to car I check it I was given a mcChicken burger instead. I walked into store let the supervisor know she rolled her eyes took my burger and handed it to someone else. A couple of minutes later I was handed the box I said thankyou went to my car and opened my burger. To my surprise it was the same burger with a piece of bacon added. No tomato no cheese and not my order not only that the meal I paid for is more expensive so ripped off aswell. I didn't go back in again I just left. This happened today july 13th 2024 at roughly 12.50pm. I hope the owners of the business see this because you team especially the supervisor needs to do better. Photos show a big difference between what I ordered and what I received
Both store & staff clean & tidy, staff polite & efficient. Thickshake overwhelmingly flavoured and fries a little over salted. But generally good.
Disorderly and fility.. food was dry / and felt chucked together.nnPlay ground was locked with no note or sign on the door.nnThere was no clean table in the empty venue.nnThe toilets were dishevelled, to say the leastnnWhen I popped to the counter to request some napkins, the young employee was polite and apologetic that they'd been forgotten..nnI felt sorry for the team who didn't seem to have the capacity to keep the venue in an orderly manner.. I hope they receive some additional training, support, or additional team mates.. even a security guard if it's the clientele responsible for the damage to the bathroom, etc..nnI will note the there was a staff wanted sign.nnWhen I used the drive through early in the day I had no issues with the customer service I received.
The staffers was fantastic he really tried to deliver a good service.nI asked for chips and burgers to be fresh, instead I got the opposite chips were completely cold and nuggets were rock hard.n3 big macs were good.nThe worst was the fillet fish, the top bun was so hard I actually couldn't bite through it.
