Delivery was on time, product quality was passable at best. I rang store to discuss with manager, was assured that these passed their quality control for size, quality and cutting. Manager seemed unwilling to take responsibility or even be apologetic for the poor quality. -Uneven slicing I suspected slices were cut out before main cutting -Barely warm chicken meatballs with one glob of sauce in the middle saucing like 4meatballs -Burnt cheesy garlic bread and not adequately cheesed PHOTOS ATTACHED.
Usually not a bad place but after tonight I am not happy opened my pizza box and there is a bit missing? Can not complete a circle this is just not on!
Waited over an hour for our pizza, pizza arrived burnt. I would give them 0 star rating if I could. Management wasn't very helpful, obviously they don't want to keep their customers or provide an incentive for regular customers to continue using their business. Fair to say I won't be using dominos in the future
They should be disgusted to let a pizza leave the store looking like this. I know its a chain and fast food but how hard is it to screw up a Hawaiian pizza. The cheese is completely burnt, hardly any ham and half the slices have no pineapple. The edge and bottom of the pizza are burnt as well.
Good store, always well presented, prompt service. Staff are mostly alert and engaging. Pizza is your typical dominos quality, predictably good. Store is clean, staff always appear to be hard working never on their phones. It's lovely to walk into a store and be acknoledged. Delivery drivers seem to polite.
Customer service was disgusting tonight. Mentioned my name was spelt wrong and the worker decided to begin to argue the point that it was spelt correctly. Daniel is NOT how you spell my name. Pizza is also very disapointing in size and quality.
Ordered for delivery, received a message it was delivered to my door it was a drop off as I had COVID and couldn't meet the driver however, there was nothing there. Either delivered to the wrong place or something.... And I called and they said "nothing we can do".... What a jokeFood: 1/5
Worst service, I’ll never come back to this dominos again Gave me a fully burntbase looks completely black pizza and they say this how we make pizza’s.
The pizza I ordered was Great Food: 3/5
If there was a lower star id choose that. Had two off pizza tonight wouldn't refund us unless we went back down there. Staff are extremely rude. And then tried to charge us $41 for two new pizzas for delivery.
