I got a double quarter pounder. And it was raw so I told them it’s raw and I would like a new one. I got the new one and it’s even more raw the second time. PLEASE tell your cooking crew that you need to make sure it’s cooked all the way through
Food came promptly despite the busy long queue. Our chips were fresh also.nOnly down side was how busy and packed the place was..but considering it's post holidays and everyone is going back to Melb, it was understandable.nTables could have been cleaner though.
Zane denied me entry a hour before the store was scheduled to shut. He also did not fill my frappé. I felt this was extremely unfair and an atrocious way run a store. 0 stars -5 if I could.
Went there at 11.30pm was driving in a van from Melbourne. Since van won't fit through their drive through due to height I went Infront of the door. They opened it after I waited for few mins. When I about to place the order to staff they refused saying they can only take drive through orders and they opened door only assuming I was a door dash driver. To be honest thats really prejudice to assume an Indian walking through the door is racist and second orders through drive through and delivery platforms are ok but a customer coming through front door cannot place an order ?? Really need better policy and staff training....
Picked up my order via Drive Thru on January 17, 2026 at around 1:20 am. A male staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional. My order was missing items, and when I pointed it out, he handed them over without any apology. Worse, he smirked, which felt intentional and disrespectful.nThis is unacceptable customer service. I will seriously think twice before coming back.
