It’s Maccas but this is the better one in town. Cafe cakes always look fresh and well presented. Foods always pretty good and consistent here.
Called in after attending a concert. Only wanted two soft serve ice creams. Didn't have money on us and their tills/screens had frozen so we couldn't use our card. We waited and waited and they eventually said we could have them for free. Got to the next window and there was no staff there and we waited and waited again. We could see the icecreams sitting there visibly melting hot evening and we had to yell for a staff member to pass them out.
McDonald’s Chadstone stands out for its exceptional service speed, even during peak times. Despite handling high volumes of orders, their team manages to serve customers quickly and efficiently without compromising quality. It’s impressive to see how well-organised they are, ensuring minimal waiting time for everyone.nnHowever, I can’t give them a perfect score because they don’t offer the chocolate flavour of soft serve, which would have been a fantastic addition to their menu. Overall, it’s an excellent location for fast, reliable service with just a small area for improvement.
They always mess up orders, basically every time. And the woman on nighttime drive through orders lately is the rudest, most sour person ever. Don't work customer service if you only want to make your customers miserable.
