Very disappointing experience. I ordered takeout and only noticed after opening the box that the burger bun had a visible patch of mold on it. This is a serious food safety issue and completely unacceptable for a well-known brand.nnI did not feel safe eating the rest of the meal and had to throw it away. Quality control clearly failed here. I expect much better hygiene standards, especially when serving food to customers.nnI hope management takes this seriously and improves their food handling and inspection process.
I ordered nuggets which come with sauce and politely asked a team member for another sauce which he completely ignored me which was very rude. Food wasn’t bad but was very messy
One of the most disgusting Maccas locations in Melbourne. People often receive food that is cold, damp, not what they ordered, or even mouldy. The staff make no effort to clean tables or sweep the floor although I understand during busy times they may not be able to, how is it possible always dirty?!. The receipt machines are never refilled and the kiosks are broken so you can’t even see what your order number is after you order unless you can look up really fast which a lot of people can’t do because they don’t usually expect it and are looking down from just paying on the eftpos machine. If you can avoid it don’t come to this Maccas and just go to another place.
Possibly the worst maccas I’ve ever been to. Made a big order for 4 people, fries were stale and cold I couldn’t even eat them. Coffees all lukewarm and the McGriddle didn’t even have the sausage patty, and wasn’t even put together! Also missing 3 whole hashbrowns which we ordered because they had no ham and cheese pockets at only 7am. was disgusted and will not be going back, only refunded $30 of an $80 order.
Seasoing the meat makes a massive difference to the taste, and build the burgers correctly!!! I've ordered from this location so many times, and been disappointed almost as many times!! This is coming from a long time and good McDonald's kitchen worker. Make sure the kitchen has the seasoning stocked, and are using it!!!
