Needs to improve.nnThis place has a lot of problems. It's filthy for most of the time, parking is almost full, long waiting time for orders, but most importantly, toilets are very filthy and needs proper maintenance and cleaning.nnI understand why they are lagging in these departments and there is 2 major reason, they're always busy with high customer rate.
I have been twice, and one time was great however, the other time was quite infuriating. The good time, I went with school and they had a deal on for $1 large soft drinks. Great deal! Except when I ordered a Large Sprite and was told they had run out, the lady instead charged me for a Coke, which would be okay but she forgot the deal was on so I had to pay $2!!!!! Also, the time I went without school, me and my mate Jake ordered some more Sprites. This time, we waited for about 20 minutes before asking the lady if they had gotten the order. She said they had not, even though we literally had already paid and had a receipt in our hands. She then made us our order. Quite slowly! and then we went on our merry way.
Absolutely discusting, how do they expect you to eat food in an environment like this. How can you expect that their kitchen is at a clean standard also. Manager was informed and didn't care really it took 20 minutes for someone to come look at it... service was poor they have no experience with customer service at all...nnDisappointed.
The most revolting meal I’ve had in my life. Couldn’t finish half of it. The bread was completely drenched in dirty grease. The box was smeared with gross greasy diet. Absolutely disgraceful. The worst meal I’ve ever been served in my life, and it cost over 14 dollars. The workers here should be ashamed of themselves. I felt horribly sick after one bite and couldn’t finished it. When I squeezed the bun, dirty fat ran out. Gross.
Tables were dirty, staff were all uninterested and very unhelpful sadly. Food was still good, yet to see a McDonald's pre prepared burgers get butchered so far. It's a McDonald's, nothing amazing to expect here other than staff with not the best work ethics.
