I am furious!!! First, I was aggressively served by a worker at the drive through, I felt rushed and after I asked her take out pickles of the cheeseburger after she repeated my order and she proceeded to rudely tell me I was wrong because i didn’t ask for that in the first place even though i did . once i received my food i was eating my chicken and cheese burger and found a sticker inside of it!!!!! this is so unsanitary and disgusting i am truly disturbed about the way i was served and will not be coming back. worst mcdonalds i’ve ever been to. i am concerned and question if the resturaunt even cleans and puts any effort into their guests food and experience. do not reccomend.
Went through drive thru and was told to park and nuggets would be 3 minutes, after 8 minutes I walked in and seen they were just finished and ready . I advised if they for me and Ashena the server advised yes. I advised her you should be careful what you state to customers , rather than accepting it , she raised her voice in front of everyone like it was my fault . No way to treat a customer especially when they were not in the wrong. I hope the owner becomes aware of this unacceptable behaviour that obviously needs addressing!
came around 7:30pm on 17th June came in for some ice cream and we see a manager, She sounded aggressive towards her colleagues not how a manager should speak to her colleagues and yelling at this one worker that was working at the front counter I honestly felt bad for him. Her yelling “SINCE WHEN SHOULD U MAKE ICE CREAM” something around that, if ur having a shit day don’t take it out on ur peers and especially infront of customers not professional at all, overall happy that the ice cream was working
Came for a late night bite after work, as I often do. Was told I couldn't have the item I wanted to order... Which was clearly pre-made in the window - a simple ham and cheese toasty. Got told it was not possible... Very odd considering it was already made. But poor from McDonald's St Kilda!
There was no less than a 35 minute wait for food. My Uber came and went by the time I got my food, and I was left stranded in St Kilda with no phone and no way to get home. When I couldn't muster a sycophantic smile to the server when my food finally came out after 35 minutes, she gave me horrible attitude. I understand this place gets busy, especially after gigs at the nearby Palais. They also looked understaffed. But the three completely detached staff working looked like they were walking through quicksand while doped up on Valium. It was like they were taking the piss.nnSurely picking up the pace for half an hour while there's a mad rush of customers won't kill them. Food was cooked well but customer service was abysmal. Horrible experience, thanks for nothing.
