We ordered lasagna from Itali.co through deliveroo. The lasagna had been warmed up in the microwave and was 3 days old, it had the date on the container 22.3.18 and today is the 25.3.18. So disgusting ! I couldn’t even eat it (neither could my dog). If I wanted to heat up a lasagna in the microwave, I would buy one at a quarter of the price and do it myself, not pay $22.50. The kids got a meal snitzel and chips, the chips were inedible because they were hard as a rock and the snitzel was burnt. When we called to ask for our money back, the staff were rude, and offered for us to come in and have a meal at a reduced price ! Why would I want to go back there now that I know the food is old and terrible !

When making phonecall pickup order, staff member did not understand the question "Which ingredients do you use" or "How do you make the pizza". Waited 30 minutes to be served a cold, under cooked pizza. Had to remind the staff that the order was takeaway, not dine-in. Worst take-away experience in years.

Was a regular here nearly every week till the new owners took over. Pastas a real hit and miss now, nothing like it used to be. Definitely went down hill.

Very hard to choose what to order from such a great menu! Some unique pizza and pasta options and Italian soft drinks - does feel authentic Italian. Good gluten free options, and dessert pizzas. The service was great and we didn't need a booking. Good place to go if you want to relax and have a conversation and eat delicious fresh quality pizza. We'll definitely go back!
