We have to get our online orders from here, and every time tgey get it wrong. We dont want onions and we get onions on the burger, we order chips to play it safe and the chips are half empty! There chips are not cheap compared to wgat you get! My grankids miss out every time. They need to have better managers to maje sure this does not happen.
Simply the worst McDonald’s in Melbourne. The drive through service is a debacle every time I come. Always slow, often mess the order up and become the whole restaurant is so disorganised the food is often cold. Never again.
Could the management team please provide additional training to staff on how to properly make a Large Sundae? The last six Large Sundaes I’ve ordered have all been made incorrectly — they had fudge only on the top and none at the bottom. A Large Sundae is supposed to have fudge on both the top and the bottom, and the double fudge is the only reason I order the large size.nnI normally don’t write reviews, but this has been consistently frustrating, and it really shouldn’t be happening. If nothing else, could the store please consider bringing back the clear plastic sundae cups so customers can actually see what they’re getting? It would help ensure we’re not being shorted.
Forgot to give us a big Mac we paid for, chicken nuggets were burnt with black specks, fries were spilled upside down in the bag before we even got the order.
this mcdonald’s drive thru was excellent and non-humpy. both windows offered excellent service despite my father making a wrong turn and the lady in the window offered us a look of welcome and a hint or merth. could not ask for a smoother experience at a mcdonald’s. would recommend my grandpa to come here.
