This is a Mc Spicy burger from Victoria Point. The chicken is dry & old. It was inedible. Nothing like what it looked like on I'm a Celebrity, which was the main reason I bought it, I won't be fooled again. I couldn't even cut it with a knife let alone bite it. We had to wait in the Waiting bay for this.
Ordered a large classic angus meal. It had no cheese, no tomato, no pickles and no mustard. Fries where cold. The coke was fine, I suppose it's hard to get that wrong.
This place is so bad. Manager's too busy taking selfies when you should be doing your job. This is the second time In a row I got hair it's a disgusting place don't eat there.
This is the worst McDonald’s in Australia Stop ripping people off only ever half filling chips. A couple of times food has tasted of chemicals chicken nuggets especially Seriously staff at this McDonald’s can’t be that silly. The meat is always dry and not fresh. I do not get how a McDonald’s can be so bad continuously. We have started to go to Cleveland or loganholme. But thought would give Victoria point one more go. Wish we didn’t. I do work in the fast food industry but this is ridiculous this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me and it’s always in the mornings. They forget straws in deliveries and mess up majority of the orders I got. Didn’t expect to edit this but again, I ordered Dinner and got the complete wrong order and they tried to blame the driver but it was done on their end.
I’ve been waiting 20 minutes in a queue of two cars and still haven’t received my order only just had my order taken. I had time to write this and I haven’t even got the food yet. Terrible service - wait times extraordinarily long. This was with only 2 cars ahead of me at the drive thru at 940pm. We all know the idea of fast food isn’t convenient because it’s healthy! ‍
This Victoria point store is absolutely disgusting. I’ve been through the drive thru now on multiple occasions and sometimes I’m sitting at the speaker for 15 minutes before someone takes my order. Even with no other car in front of me. It’s such poor service. I’ve had a few friends bring up the exact same situation for them at this same store. To the manager at Victoria Pt, you need to improve your customer service in drive thru. Cars have even been getting angry with me because I’m not moving forward in the drive thru but I can’t when nobody is taking my order!!
Absolute worst maccas I’ve ever been to. Every single time I go there drive thru I get told to park up even when no one is behind me. And EVERY…SINGLE…TIME, I have to go back in because they have messed up the order or forgotten something. And the amount of times I have had to go back in TWICE while parked in the waiting bay is absolutely ridiculous. I have stopped going because of this, it never use to be like this but it’s just absolutely pathetic.
Waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks. They came out wrong. Meanwhile 3 customers in drive through waited so long for their drinks drove off without receiving anything. I complained alongside another customer. I was made to feel I was inappropriate for complaining. Terrible service.
If you want an incorrect order go here. I have never been there without them getting somthing wrong. Also, it's a stretch to call this fast food, as I usually have to wait 20-30 minutes parked up in the drive through for them to bring out everything
