Hungry Jack's Victoria Point

Was so excited to try this amazing looking Jack's Fried Chicken Burger. Commercial made out to look so good... NOPE .. disgusting. Looks nothing like the ad. Was overcooked and chewy. 6 strands of Lettuce. So overcooked the Mayo was gone. Won't be recommending this to anyone

Had a bad experience where we had an order mix up. I complained in a nice way and got an email offering a replacement meal. When we went in to get the replacement, they made sure it was a priority meal and went above and beyond to do better which was really appreciatedFood: 5/5

I remember when a whopper with cheese was a big, yummy burger that really satisfied. Those days are sure a thing of the past. These days it's a very thin and flavourless patty, one small wheel of tomato, a pathetic sprinkle of lettuce, some onion, mayo and a couple of whopping big chunks of pickles slices. The burgers certainly aren't better anymore from Hungry Jacks! My son's large chips were all broken, over cooked yet ironically cold, salt drenched and hardly to the top of the box. The sales attendant who served us was pleasent but it definitely didn't make up for such a disappointing and expensive feed. Never again and such a waste of money, daily possibly weekly fat, sugar and salt intake. Yuk!

Had an unsatisfactory situation, as can be expected from time to time in fastfood ridiculous wait time in this case while going through the drive thru, but the handling of the situation is what prompted me to leave a review. The girls who assisted us were extremely apologetic and understanding, and one, Chelsey, even had the foresight to anticipate that we had finished our drinks during the wait and gave us refills! Flawless customer service despite whatever hectic goings-on led to our having to wait at all.

They apologised that I would have a 10 minute wait for my order. I asked if I could have my drink while I waited. The young lady asked me to find a seat. She then brought me my drink and some free chips. She continued to look after me till she brought my order. It's the best service ever.

Every time I go through the drive through, regardless of time of day or how much I order, they tell me to park around the corner. Even if no one is in the drive through. So annoying

I’ll start with the one and only positive, the chips were fresh. Other than that, the food was far from fast which is excusable if the meal is going to come out fresh. The pickles on the burger looked and tasted like they had been fermenting in the back of their refrigerator since the stores opening day and the drink was clearly diet not requested as well as the post mix had likely completely run out, leaving me with a cup of light brown aspartame tasting water. On top of this I got the pleasure of paying the post Covid inflated prices of $19.80 for one large meal. Even McChuckers over the road would have likely been a better choice for lunch in hindsight.

The person who served me was fast and efficient, they showed high knowledge of the menu and was able to answer all my questions I had. The food came out quick and all was hot. Had a great experience.

Despite of ordering online /on app the food is never ready.. Gave them a second chance, again stale and horrible muffin handed to me this morning... the egg and bacon muffin was stale and reheated also fell apart. Look at the photos
