La Madrina Pizza

Superb pizzas the couple times we’ve ordered. Ham is a bit tasteless though. Disappointed you don’t honour the free garlic pizza when you order the 3 large or family pizzas through the app for pick up. No different to ordering through the phone for pick up like we did last time and we got the free garlic pizza. Told when we picked up our last pizzas that we could order online to make ordering easier… Just feedback… maybe make your offer clearer that if you order online you don’t get a free garlic. Happy to support local but at the same time I want my moneys worth as we spend over $65 when ordering.

Ordered 3 pizzas and garlic bread with cheese. Pizzas were burnt really burnt lady told me they were well done and not burnt. She made them again but clearly the oven was on to high temperature. These should never have been given to us and just made again In the first place. I don't need to be challenged on what a burnt pizza looks like. Not sure what has happen to this place first few orders from them were really good. For $90 I would expect better. Customer Service 3/10, quality 1/10. Back to dominos/pizza hut I go.

We used to rave about how good these pizzas WERE!. Got one Friday night, what a let down!!!!!, got a half and half, 1/2 prawn 1/2 supreme, NONE OF IT HAD ANY TASTE, only half the amount of topping compared to what we are used to, the base was very thin. Poor poor effort, we are locals and regular customers but you have lost our business, I know times are hard and the price of everything has increased but this last pizza we bought from you was pathetic.. I noticed someone in the last week gave a 5 star rating, omg, do they know what a good pizza is??????, maybe one of your friends? .

Hands down one of the best Pizza aces in Brisbane and definitely the leader in the Redlands if you're for gourmet Pizza. Well worth the money and the wait, remember to order early!

Just tried La Madrina, very busy, yet the staff got through the orders quickly. The pizza and lasagna arrived and we were not disappointed! Very good and tasty, will definately be back

The pizzas are good but the last few times we have ordered there has been over 2 hour wait for delivery. When ordering online you don't get notified of the long wait time until you have already paid for it. 2 hours is way too long.

La Madrina Pizza is the best pizza in the area! If you want great tasting traditional and gourmet pizzas this is the go to spot! I always order online and it’s so quick and convenient and the wait times are really good. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Don't bother with this rude business..... They advertise a Pick up special of a free Garlic pizza but if you order online and still pick up its not honoured. Apparently your only entitled if your order Instore and pick up. Your charged extra to order online and not offered the "special". Then you have to have a school kid rudely tell you that it's an in-house special and your not entitled. Guess what,we will never be back and neither will any of the people I will make sure to tell. I guess "Good Service" is an optional extra at La Madrina.

Phoned for a very simple margarita pizza and was told it would be a 40min wait. Thought this was long compared to 13min at Domino’s but have had their pizzas before and they are good. Turned up to collect my pizza after 45mins and was told it hadn’t even commenced being made. Wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t the second time in a month where I’ve waited an exorbitant amount of time only to find out it hadn’t even started. Not impressed!! Next time 13mins at Domino’s sounds good to me.
