This location has obviously had renovations and is very clean with well organised seating with 240v and USB charging at the booths. Outdoor child playground. This restaurant delivers to the table which is not standard to every location yet. The coffee was made by someone who definitely knew what they were doing but the main reason I took the time to write this was the amazing staff. They were friendly and helpful. Food was fresh, hot and served quickly.
It was a Friday night at 10pm. Did a drive thru for a sundae. Staff at the windows were super friendly and full of smiles. Not sure if it's because it was school holidays and these girls are new. it just seemed very different. Each window and looking through they were chirpy and quick tooFood: 5/5
I needed the loo on a long trip home so stopped for a toilet break and coffee. I'm thankful for the loo, but the toilets had run out of loo paper. The coffee tasted good. The cheeseburger took 5 minutes to be served which I think is too long for McDonald's. Also waiting to be served was slow especially when no other customers were there. I think the staff are too relaxed and rely on the self-serve machines. Compared to some McDonald's it was clean, but the tables needed to be wiped down. McDonald's is not exactly cheap any more so they should lift their service standards and have a staff member on duty to keep the seating areas clean and wiped down.
Have regularly visited this drive thru as its usually reliable. Girl who took my order was great but service was ruined by some rude woman pretending she couldn't hear me ask for a cup tray and ketchup. Looked like a supervisor... terrible attitude.
I gave them another chance big mistake...ordered a family dinner box, the chips were rubbery, burgers were cold unfortunately in the bin waste of money... clearly they need more training
Been multiple times drive thru is generally good but in store is either awesome or a COMPLETE nightmare which happened the other night, lost orders long wait times, rude staff that kinda thing so very hit or missFood: 3/5

I was served here after midnight by one of the staff and then the manager basically had a go at me as they stop serving the counter at midnight. As I was 3 hours away from home, never been to this restaurant and driving a vehicle that doesn't fit in drive thru, how was I supposed to know. Maybe some signage wouldn't go astray if they want to make it easier themselves.
I bought 2 large meal McSpicy but very disappointed with what they served to me. The patties are burn, dry and cold.The fries are soggy and the drinks are not fully filled. The staffs were not committed with their works and play around and not respect customer. This not first time happend to me. i’m really hope the brunch manager take some action and give your staff more training. we spend money to get the good food and good service.
They get orders wrong often, food is cold more often than not. Whether drive through, dine in or delivery you will likely be disappointed. Fast food doesn't need to be perfect but it does need to be what you ordered.
