When this place started off, it was really good food, reasonable prices and good service. Under the new management, it has changed. The portions are small they use smaller bird and the prices are way too high. A single serve of Garlic is almost three times anywhere else in the area. I would stay clear. Not far from there Dougie's grill is much more reasonable both in terms of prices and quantity.
I recently was a regular customer however my most recent encounter was quite disappointing and left me shocked due to the price I was charged for my delivered meal. I ordered 2 mixed plates with only kafta and got charged $20 each which is fine but I was charged a total of $8 each for two tiny portions of baba ganoush. I was charged $12 for two servings of sambousek which is fair but then was slapped with $15 for a container of fatoush! With a $5 delivery fee I ended up paying $80 for the whole meal which usually I would spend at hurricanes for me and the mrs. In saying that the food was good and I was starving which is why I just took the food. I was only told the total price upon delivery.
The three stars is purely because it is some of the best garlic sauce I have tasted. The chicken however was quite dry.. We just go back for the garlic sauce now.
I recently had dinner at On Fire Padstow. I have to say I was fairly disappointed. The guy behind the counter looked very unhappy to be there and really lacked customer service. He couldn't even smile when we thanked him on the way out. Food was OK but the serving sizes are very very small, I found it to be very over priced for what you get. Don't think i'll return to On Fire in the future.
Quick service, reasonable prices, friendly staff! The chicken wrap with garlic sauce and chili sauce is a definite favourite, as are the shortbread cookies.
Bought the shredded charcoal chicken burger meal with chips and a can, the burger is meant to come with tomato and lettuce and sauce just like a normal burger, all it came with was some garlic and chicken and barely any chips. Service took about half a decade too
Raging erections and high fives are a common site at this establishment. If only the Cheesecake Shop next door would accept our offer to wrestle in the carpark.
Good food. Horrible customer service. Owners are different to before. Very expensive now and small portions.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. We reached there at 8.30 and in a rush to close the place at 9 pm they served cold wraps. Pathetic customer service. I would not return for even free food.
Excellent courteous service. Fresh and Clean. Almost home made taste. I would recommend without reserve
